Wall plastering of 12mm cement plaster of mix 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade - Two or more coats on new work

DISMANTLING AND DEMOLISHING

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 500 meters lead, above plinth level upto floor five level - For thickness of tiles 10mm to 25mm.

Demolishing R.C.C.work manually / by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

FLOORING

Providing and laying Double charged vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacture) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1cement : 4 coarse sand), including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc complete - Size of Tile 600x600mm

ALUMINIUM WORK

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded builtup standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS:733 and IS:1285, fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips, or with expansion hold fasteners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing/panelling CP brass/stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings, and the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing and panelling to be paid for separately) - Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS:1868, minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15)

For Fixed Portion

For shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid seperately.

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc with EDPM rubber / neoprene gasket etc complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge - with float glass of 4.0mm thickness.

Providing and fixing 12mm thick prelaminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS:12823 grade I TypeII in aluminium doors, windows shutters and partition frames with CP brass/stainless steel screws etc complete as per architectural drawings and directions of engineer-in-charge - Prelaminated particle board with decorative lamination on both sides.

Providing and fixing aluminium door handle of 125mm with SS screws etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge _ Anodized (AC 15) aluminium

Providing and fixing Brass 100mm mortice latch and lock with 6 levers without pair of handles (best make of approved quality) for aluminium doors including necessary cutting and making good etc complete.

Providing and fixing aluminium hanging floor door stopper ISI marked anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS:1868) transparent or dyed to reuired colour and shade with necessary screws etc complete. - Twin rubber stopper

Providing and fixing aluminium extruded section body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer (having brand logo with ISI, IS:3564, embossed on the body, door weight upto 80Kg and width upto 1000mm) with double speed adjustment with necessary accessories and screws etc complete.

Supply of skilled carpenter / Aluminium Fabricators for dismantling of existing wooden Island benches and other carpentery works etc as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

FURNITURE WORKS

Supplying and fixing of 1.5 ton - atleast 3star rated Split Airconditior unit of R32/R410A Non-inverted type of approved brand as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The outdoor unit shall be fixed at approximate upto 6m to 12m away from the indoor unit. Cost including necessary wall mounted stand & single piece 4core elctrical cable from indoor to outdoor unit etc. complete.

ROAD WORK

Demolishing brick work manually / by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge - In cement mortor

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1cement : 3coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (Length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). Precast C.C.Kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work excavation by mechanical means / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50m. - All kinds of soil.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:3:6 (1cement : 3coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface - Water thinnable cement primer
