Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre deep in loose / soft soil and getting out for under ground cable / errection of poles, stays etc complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and exceeding 1.5 metre deep but not exceeding 3.0metre deep in loose / soft soil and getting out for under ground cable / errection of poles stays etc complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtr depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 Mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for Sand cushioning to cable with a layer of sand 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cms deep after laying the cable (punned down to 18 cms depth after laying and stretching of cable ) complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Punned thickness 18cm shall be measured for payment purposes.

Supply and laying of un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover ,class HV, type-1 size 300X180X40mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay bricks, common burnt clay, sub class "B', old size, laid in vertical direction to cable as cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour of PCC 1:4:8 Type D-2 using 40 mm graded aggregate for bottom of Pit for bed concrete below base plat of steel tubular poles including necessary frame work and finishing the exposed surface even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed at site by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour of PCC 1:3:6 (nominal mix) type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour of PCC 1:2:4 Type B-1 using 20 mm graded aggregate for coping of poles including necessary farm work and finishing the exposed surface even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed at site.

Disconnecting & taking out existing underground XLPE HT/LT cable any size from trenches, pole, pipe, floor, wall etc and relaying the same in other route including connecting and testing for any size cable complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge (Excavation/earth work & sand cushioning, bricks and joint shall be measured & paid for separately).

Dismantling concrete poles/ struts, any size, setting aside for issue to sch of credit complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Supply and erection of steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts,nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP-55 , 11 meter long, providing synthetic enamel aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide and black and white strips with synthetic enamel paint 30 cm each alternatively upto 1.5 mtr above the coping of pole starting with black strip complete all as specified and directed by Engr - in -charge. (Note :-Excavation and earth wok and PCC for foundation, channel, clamps nuts, bolts to be measured and paid separately).

Supply, laying, connecting & testing in replacement of XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (Heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 Volts grade, cross sectional area 95 Sqmm 3 core, suitable for 11 KV earthed system confirming to IS 7098 Part - 2 for insulation and for conductors Class 2 to IS 8130 - 84, in trenches, floors, ducts passing through pipe for road crossing etc including taking down old unsv cable from existing site complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Excavation, earth work, brick protection, sand cushioning and GI pipe etc shall be measured & paid for separately).

Supply and laying, connecting and testing in replacement of XPLE underground cable insulated, and overall sheathed with cluminium conductor heavy duty 1100 volts grade 150 sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches/ on pole/road crossing or passing through existing/new pipe under road crossing clamping on wall etc, Note : (i) Earth work, sand , bricks removing , returning filling will be paid seperately. (ii) Cost of laying electrical cable through new/existing pipe under road, buildings, railway tracks, highways are incl in the quoted rates (iii) All equiments, machinery or tool if required for laying electrical cable through new/existing pipes are provided by the contractor without any extra cost.

Material and labour in replacement of danger notice plate 1.60 mm thick of size 25x20 cm , mild steel sheet, vitreous enameled red coulor with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal white colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size for HT, complete, all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of cross arms, bracings, supports etc of MS channel or any other section complete and setting removing unserviceable portion from site of work complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour of cross arms, clamps, bracing, etc. of any section from pole including nuts, bolts, washers, including cutting of bolts (slag bolts) if required complete and material and labour for cross arm bracing supports, clamp and back plates fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling hole for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed including two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide, complete, all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour in replacement of anti climbing device, spikes type fabricated out of MS bars (round,square and flat) including nuts, bolts, washers and welding in two halves, made to shape to suit the cross section of the pole complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of insulator any type /size/ grade from over head electric line and setting aside removing from site complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white or brown or green insulators,11000 volts grade of 150 mm dia ,150 mm height including one galvanized mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanized iron nuts complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour in replacement of disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous 145mm high and 255mm dia ball and socket type, white, brown or green single disc assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductors, working pressure 11000 volts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, Installationg, testing and commissioning in replacement of air breaker gang operated device triple pole switch ( GOD) outdoor type, vertical mounting type of capacity 200 Amp with drop out fuse consisting 12 insulators ISI marked mechanically operated mounted on insulator and frame work with operating GI rods and mechanical work from ground level with 02 Nos clamp hook for protection of operating GI pipe including locking arrangement including Godrej pad lock minimum 85 mm size with two keys complete with fuse carrier and HT fuse element having upto 200 Amp rating suitable for HT 11 KV 50 HZ AC supply including necessary electric connection complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing in replacement of lightning arrester, expulsion type, suitable for HT 11000 volts, with all fittings, trasmission class, discharge capacity 65 KA, including connecting with HT line complete all as specified and as directed.

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique or manual boring and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 50mm to 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure.

Supplying and fixing in replacement of light grade galvanised mild steel pipe 100mm bore with all fittings, laid under roads, drain, paths, fixed to poles/walls with suitable mild steel clamps , bolts , nuts and washers all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation & earth work shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of this schedule

Supply and fixing in replacement of cable end jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50-95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of outdoor end termination joint heat shrinkable 1100 Volts for XLPE cable of size upto 300 Sqmm 3.5 core complete all as directed by Engr-in charge.

Taking out old unserviceable earthing material and provision of new earthing complete with galvanized steel plate earth electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick surrounded by char coal and salt buried directly in ground vertically in pit of depth not less then 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at depth of not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level surrounded from all sides by char coal dust and common salt in alternate layers of 15 cm depth and earth plate electrode connected to galvanised earth lead wire of 4.0 mm dia by means of GI nuts bolts, check nuts and washers and connected to earthing test point drawn through 15 mm bore GI pipe medium grade for protection of GI earth lead wire including 20mm bore GI pipe medium grade for watering GI funnel PCC earth pit (1:3:6) type C-2 with CI frame and RCC cover all as shown in electrical Plate No 3 on SSR Part - I including testing complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) The quoted rate shall include the cost of earth work, GI pipe for watering, GI protection pipe, funnel, wire mesh, RCC cover, etc. complete. RCC cover shall be 50mm thick in 1:2:4 type B-1 using 8mm bars @10cm c/c both way. (ii) The quoted rate shall include the cost of the earth pit covers to be conspicuously marked of plate with stand grouted in PCC. (iii) On testing after completion if the desired earth resistance is more than 2Ώ the earthing will be redone at no extra cost

Supply and fixing in replacement of Retro reflective route indicator for HT UG cable both side print of size 600 mm x 750 mm made of ACP sheet of 3mm thick ACP sheet shall be fixed on MS frame with legs of MS angle section 35mm X 35mm X 5mm grouted in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1, 800mm above the ground level and 600mm below the ground level. The background of board to be provided with red colour, letters and border with white retro reflective tape. Same description shall be mentioned on both sides of ACP sheet complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- (i) Excavation, earth work, PCC, nuts, bolts, fasners, paint on MS frame and legs shall be included in quoted rates by contractor. (ii) The size of letters and description shall be all as per sample approved by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavating in post holes each n.exc 0.5 cum getting out, in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, but lenth of bolt exc 5cm and n exc 10 cm long and diameter of neck 10mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Chain link Fencing MS galvanised fencing, any size or type complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and directed.(each line wire to be measured separately)

S & F Mild steel rounded bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L two coats of synthetic enamel paints on new steel Surfaces exc 10cm girth over a coat of red oxide when unconnected with other painting or when painted in a different tint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L two coats of synthetic enamel paints on steel Surfaces exc 10cm girth over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with subclass 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radiusbuilt in CM 1:6. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (12.50mm aggraded aggregate ) as in coping etc incl form work. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finishing the surface fair and even smooth without using extra cement all as specified as directed.

M&L for preparation and applying three coats of white wash on new plastered surface of wall complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for hardcore broken stone or boulders filling of gauge not exceeding 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface incl lime (chuna) layer minimum 10mm thick before spread hardcore complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fixing of Test point terminal block of gun metal or phosporus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed incl 3 Nos 8 mm dia 25 mm long hexogonal head screw complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing of galvanised iron strip 32 x 6mm buried in ground with heavy duty saddles, screws and made of test point etc. for down conductors above ground complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for broken earth pit with PVC cover of size 300x300x300 mm made of PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, and earth pit cover made out of RCC 1:2:4 type B1, cover reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 100 mm centre to centre both ways with handle made out of 8 mm dia bar, watering arrangement with funnel and wire mesh and including reconnecting of earth lead of any type with new nuts, bolts and washers as required at site with testing result all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for vibratery compactive, precast cement concrete rubber moulded, coloured ( except grey colour), interlocking designer paver blocks in Milano shape, comfirming to IS-15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment over as in path, harding standing, etc laid over and including 25 mm compacted sand cushioning, including surface excavation over area n. exc. 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil and removing excavated soil exc. 50 mtr but n. exc. 250 mtr, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8, type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- Amount of credit of Rs. 38,744.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit Page No. 17 of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
