Dismantling of old unserviceble/broken house service brackets of any type and size from CGI sheet roof of maximum 5 mtr from ground level and making good the distrubed surfaces complete all as directed.

Taking out & removing carefully old unserviceble LT cables/ service cable of size 16 sqmm to 35 sqmm ( 2/3/3.5/4 core) from LT Pole to MCB DB complete all as directed.

Dismantling of steel poles/struts any size complete all as directed.

Supplying, laying, jointing testing and connecting in replacement of XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) of cross sectional area 16 sqmm 4 Core with multistranded aluminum conductors, IS 7098 marked, suitable for LT 1100 Volt system, laid in trenches, fixed to pole, including jointing & testing complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Excavation, earth work ,cable protection, sand fillings , cable joint shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of schedule.

M&L for supply, erection and commissioning of steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screwes as specified type LT type 410 SP-22, (8.5m long) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Excavation earth work and PCC shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 11 KV (one incoming and six outgoings, coupled with each other in single unit), 3 phase, 50 Hz totally enclosed, Indoor type, 400 Amps, 21 KA for 3 sec HT vacuum circuit breaker panel for outgoing confirming to the IEC 62271-200, IAC-AFLR-25 KA for 1 sec, PM LSC-2B, front accessed comprising of the following equipment’s :- (a) 800 Amps continuous rating copper bus bar. Droopers and bus bars shall be Raychem insulated. (b) Cassette mounted VCB with end sheet, castle lock and rear extension. (iii) Auxiliary switch with 4 NO + 4 NC contacts mounted on the stationary portion of the operated mechanically by a sliding lever from the breaker in service position. Dismantling and taking down carefully old bracket from the existing 9 mtr long LT swaged pole and M&L for necessary aluminium paint of two coat and fixing the same on new pole at another location complete all as directed.

Dismantling and taking down old serviceable LED street light fittings of any wattage, necessary cleaning/ servicing and M & L for fixing the same on new LT swaged pole 9 mtr long complete making necessary connection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 60 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600mmX 600mmX 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically ( earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metres below ground level, connected to and including GI Strip of size 25x4 mm and light grade protection pipe of 40 mm dia from earth electrode up to test point or up to 7.5mtr whichever is less by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers all as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR Pt-I and GI watering pipe of 20 mm dia medium grade, GI funnel with wire mesh including charcoal, salt packed all around the earth electrode plate in layers, PCC earth pit chamber (1:3:6) type C1, of size 45X 45X 45 CM, RCC cover (1:2:4) type B1 of size 45X45X6 CM, excavation/earth work in any strata and returning filling, removal of surplus soil and testing/test point for required value complete including testing on completion all as specified and directed. Demolition of road, path, drain and concrete in ground floors, RCC/Brick wall (below or above ground level) or any description and any position complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling for poles complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for coping of poles including necessary form work and finished the surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for MS cross arm, angle, clamps, nuts, bolts and washers and supply and fixing new MS Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamp and back plates fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any type, shape or as indicated and directed inclusive of one coat of red oxide and one coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning LT Outdoor floor mounted Panel board, powder coated, factory made and tested , platform mounted, suitable for 415 Volts 3 Phase and neutral, 4 wire, 50Hz AC supply system of size 1500X1500X500 MM (HXWXD) having bus bar chamber with insulated electrolytic Aluminium bus bars installed on DMC insulators . The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, protection class (IP-65) in accordance with IS-2147. b) and made of 3.15 mm thick CRCA mild steel sheet and mild steel angle iron frame work (made out of 50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm thick and 900 mm long), front & rear opening type with aprons for cable entry, with proper ferrule & cable gland, internal wiring with PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor FRLS cable of adequate size but not less than 1.5 sqmm complete.
