Dismantling and disconnecting the old existing burnt/unserviceable LT Panel boards ,indoor/outdoor type from site after disconnecting electrical connections incl removal from site after dismentaling and transporting the damaged panel to factory for additional alternation and repairing including cutting, welding, denting, painting and modifing the entire panel to accommadate the under mentioned items as suitable for 415 volt, 3 PH, 4 wire, 50 HZ, AC supply system having bus bars chamber with anodised copper bus bars duly insulated by insulation of RYB colour 400 Amps rating mounted on porcelain insulators and mounting upon angle iron stand made out of angle size 40 X 40 X 6 mm grouted in PCC 1:3:6, and luging the existing cable after cutting and gland to incoming and outgoing cables and spreader & seperator for MCCBs including re-routing of LT cables within 10 M of distances etc all as directed at site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE: 1. The serviceable items like MCCBs, Change Over switch, multifunction meters, Bus Bar etc will be refixed in its original position and the same is deemed to incl in this item rate. 2. Miscellaneous items such as insulators, nut, bolts etc are deemed to incl in this item rate. 3. The unserviceable MCCBs, Change Over switch, multifunction meters, Bus Bar etc replaced will be measured and paid separately in respective items of Schedule A.

Material and labour for replacement of old unserviceable voltmeter/ Ammeter with Panel mounted multi function three phase digital energy meter of accuracy Cl-1.0 for measuring Voltage, Current, KW, KVAR, KWH, KVAH and power factor and making the disturbed surface good by welding/riveting in MS sheet 1.6 mm thick on the hollow portion duly painted all as directed at site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make: Schneider EM6400 with RS 485 Port or equivalent in Siemens/L&T.

Material and labour for replacement of old unserviceable indicators any type with LED based indicating lamps of RYB colour incl disconnecting and connecting of the same all as directed at site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make : Legrand/ABB/Siemens

Material and labour for replacement of old unserviceable CT of LT Panel /Feeder pillar box with CT of any ratio incl connecting, disconnecting and testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for spray painting to outdoor type double door LT panels/Fedder pillar box incl angle iron stand by applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer after cleaning the surface thouroughly with scrapper of MS sheet and angle iron stand incl cleaning of cables, wiring and other non painted parts of paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for repair / replacement of U/S LT APFC panel board, indoor/outdoor type at site of any capacity after disconnecting electrically including discharging all the capacitor banks, dismantling, fault finding and locating the defective items, dismantling unserviceable items from circuit and removing burnt out wiring, cleaning with carbon tetrachloride, painting the panel by scrapping off the old paint and polishing rusted surfaces, and repainting with two coats of synthetic enemal paint over a coat of redoxide primer complete all as directed at site including shifting from one location to another and connecting complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : - Items to be repalced such as capacitor, indication lamps, connector, PF relay, copper cable multi core above 2.5 sqmm, and contactor will measured and paid seperately. Rates are deemed to include miscellaeous items such as lugs, wiring wire copper 2.5 sqmm, ferrule etc.

Cleaning of area of 33/11 KV CT VT yards including cutting of shrubs & bushes all as directed at site whenever required at site.

Material and labour of danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick confirming to IS : 2551 of 1982 mild steel sheets vitreous enamelled white with letters figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps , bolts , and nuts of approved size for LT 25 cms x 20 cms complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Earthing in replacement, complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrodes 600x600x6 mm thick buried directly in ground earth (earth pit not less 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less then 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanised iron earthing strip 32mm x6mm thick by means of bolt nuts check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as specified & shown in electrical plate No.3 of MES SSR part-I 2009 connected to earth test point as specified and testing on completion including provision of 40 mm dia light grade pipe up to 7.5 mtr length as protection & watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore medium grade including all excavation & earth work in any type of soil incl PCC pit (1:3:6) type C-1 with RCC cover including charcoal , salt, funnel, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : Rate included for excavation & earth work in any type of strata as shown in electric plate no-3 in SSR Part-I

Supply and fix in replacement of LT XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area10 sq. mm x3.5 Core complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of LT XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 95 sq. mm x 3.5 Core complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of LT XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 240 sq. mm x 3.5 Core complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Overhauling/ servicing of HT VCB 630 Amps 11 KV of any make by carrying out following job:- (i)Taking out VCB trolly from the panel board. (ii)Removal of dirt,dust & carbon particles by air blower (iii)Cleaning of all moving & fixed contacts of VCB with dry cloth & CRC solution and greasing of moving contacts & gears. (iv)Checking and setting of VCB ON/OFF operation mechanism through TNC & push button. (v)Checking tightness of all control wires. (vi)Checking leakage in vacuum interrupter by Hi-Pot test (vii)Assembly of trolly and testing complete.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination cold shrink type join complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 sqmm to 95 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Disconnecting cable and Earthing connections of Servo voltage stabilizer of capacity 400 KVA , 3 phase to carry out overhauling of stabilizer comprising of the following:- (i) Draining out oil from chamber. (ii)Opening top cover , disconnecting winding connection from bushings and taking out carefully core assembly complete with winding. (iii) Checking compectness of core & tightening the same where required. (iv)Chemical washing of winding to remove dirt,dust & carbon particles (v)Cleaning of oil tank to remove oil sludge followed by painting of inner surface of tank with zinc chromate base paint (vi)Refixing of core & winding assembly and making connection with HT/LT bushing . (vii)Replacement of worn out gaskets & nut/bolts. (viii)Refilling of oil duly filtered/dehydrated/fresh oil (to be measured & paid separately under respective item)

Removing of old damaged unserviceable Burnt dimmer coil and replacement new dimmer coil of 400KVA rating complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing of old damaged unserviceable Burnt dimmer coil and replacement new dimmer coil of 250KVA rating complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for in replacement of carbon brush of all dimmer coils 400KVA stabilizer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Amp meter 96mm square dial complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Voltmeter 96mm square dial (0-300V)complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Voltmeter 96mm square dial (0-500V)complete all as specified and as directed.

Dehydration including filtration and cleaning of transformer at site by dehydration machine till to achieve Di-electric strength 60 KV at 2.5 mm gap including testing of sample before and after dehydration and filtration complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE : -Contractor has to arrange the dehydration machine and testing kit without any extra cost.

Material and labour for in replacement of defective /wornout LT bush rod (set of four) made out of copper with brass nuts and washers of required length including conecting up with LT coil of transformer above 250KVA and up to 400 KVA all as derected at site by Engr -in -charge

Supply & Fix in replacement of brass stud for LT side suitable for transformers above 250 KVA and up to 400 KVA.all as derected at site by Engr -in -charge

Material and labour for filling of new transformer oil up to minimum level, dielectric strength of oil should not be less than 50KV at 2.5mm Gapfor 400 KVA and 250 KVA. Make: SAVITA. Note :All testing for Dielectric strength and making suitable will be carried out by contractor and testing rate in include in 28 ser No above of DSC

Fixing of ON LOAD change over switch 415 V in sheet metal enclosouse 4 pole of capacity 400 Amp. And re connection of XLPE cable all as per directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : connection of MES area and HQ SASE should be separate.
