Providing and laying three coat of anticorrosive and anti-toxic surface coating for MS pipeline. The paint shall be applied after removing the scales and rust over the pipe by wire brush. Paint shall be applied uniformly to archieve uniform coating of average DFT of 60 microns per coat with the brush. 2nd coat shall be applied over the 1st coat after 8 hrs. the process shall be repeated for the 3rd coat. DFT for the final coat shall be 35 microns. Final surface shall be uniform and shall have total thickness of about 150 microns. the rate is inclusive of material, transportation upto the site of work including, labour, machinery as required etc. complete . AYFY aluminium armoured cable from LT panel to motor including the cost of land dug, as required for installation cable conduction from MS angle tray made out of 40 x 40 x 6mm and flat 25x25mm including two coats of painting ove the LT Panel to support all the incoming cable from LT Panel feeder to motor of make polycabe/ finolex/RPG/CCI confirming to IS specification including G.I. perforated cable trays, G.I. flat strip 50x 60 mm thick etc all complete as directed by the Engineer in charge etc complete.

Earthing with GI earth plate 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick including accessories and providing masonary enclosure with CI/RCC cover having locking/lifting arrangement and watering pipe etc. as required a per the Earthing Drawing provided by the Enginner-in-charge. The Scope of work includes the following:a) Excavation of pit size 1.0 x 1.0 x 3.0 mtrs (min) and disposal of excavated soil. b) watering GI pipe 20mm, Claas B, with funnel as per specs..c) Charcoal/salt as per specs .d) Refilling the pit of size 1.0 x 1.0 x 3.0 mtrs (min) with soft black agricultue soil of minimum resistivity i/c transportation.e) Masonary chamber with proper foundation, cover plate and locking arrangement. f) Testing of earth value with earth megger and certifications of its value. Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of 5HP Vaccum Pump of approved make like Kirloskar/Crompton or equivalent including suitable panel board consisting of starter main switch indicator, lamp ammeter, voltmeter etc and connecting G.I. pipe to the pumps including 1.1KV Gr 2x3C 10mm2 AYFY Cable for vaccum pump, bends and tees, controlling valves and other accessories etc as required and providing self priming system including cost of bolt and nuts as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing G.I. chainlink mesh 6.35cm x 6.35 cm x 10 gauge (2.5" x 2.5 " x 10- Gauge) fixed with angle iron psosts and struts by G.I. or M.S staples at 20 cms apart with welding with the iron posts (placed at 3 meters center to centre) including providing barbed wire stiffners (shall weigh 9.33 kg per 100 meters minimun) at top and bottom with barbed wires stiffers by binding wires at 50 cms centre to centre complete as per the direction of th engineer in charge (angle iron posts struts, earthwork and concrete for fencing posts and struts to be paid seperately)
