Providing round the clock operation for the following electro mechanical services including sundays/ holidays as per the standard procedures and carrying out maintenance activities as per schedule given in the relevant sections of specifications/ condition of contract by deploying the required staff including specialised manpower and by arranging required tools and plants etc., to keep all the services operational up to the required standards, complete as required for TE building Saibaba colony, Coimbatore. a. EA set ( 2x 1010 KVA) b. 11 KV Transformer Sub Station (2x 1000 KVA) c. High Precision AC units (12 x 7 TR) d. Pump sets (Monoblock pump 3 HP - 2 Nos+Monoblock Pump 5 HP - 4 Nos+Submresible pump-2 HP- 1 No) e. Monitoring of power plant alarm status and informing any abnormality to the site in charge All the above consists of one month
