Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts nuts cutting riverts, welding et, including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling roofing sheet including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc. and stacking the materials and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling dressed stone work ashlar face stone work, marble work or precast concrete work built in Cement Mortar manually/ by mechanical means including removing of dismantled from site complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for steel work welded in built up sections/framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc as required in gratings frames, guard bar, ladder, steel trass railings, brackets, gates and similar works complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade Two or more coats on new steel work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint primer of approved brand and manufacture complete all as specified and directed.

S&F prepainted coloured galvalume sheet coated with aluminium zinc and silicon based GI corrugated sheet of total coated thickness 0.50mm (minimum) and finished with resin coat on both side having tensile strength of 550 Mpa conforming to IS-15965:2012 and sheet should have protective guard film to avoid scratches during transportation use as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws including EPDM washer complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall in cement mortar 1:4 complete as specified and directed

M&L for finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade on new surfaces (two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10sqm) complete all as specified and directed
