Repair to pilaster in patches of 2.50 Sqm and under and 10 to 15 to 15mm thick i/c cutting the patch in proper shap and repilastering the surface of the wall i/c disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground with in a lead of 20 mtr with cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement :4 sand)

Demolition above G.L. up to floor two level including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of un-serviceable meterials with in 20mtrs lead. In cement mortar. un-reinforced cement concrete upto 15cm thickness.

Excavation in foundation, trenches etc. in earth work in all kind of soil lifts upto 1.50 mtrs. Stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 mtrs. Clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers when required into plinths sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed upto all leads and lifts.

Providing & laying cement concre 1:4:8 (1cement: 4sand: 8graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth.

Providing and fixing 10mm thick antiskid water proof stain and impact resistant heavy duty vitrified tiles Nitco,kajaria 600x600mmx10mm manufactured of approved shade and colour in flooring, trade of steps and landing laid over12mm thick cement mortor 1:3 ( 1 cement:3 sand) jointed with cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles as required complete.

Providing and laying spartic ceramic tiles 5.5mm thick in flooring 300x300mm size on treads of steps laid on a bed of 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3(1cement:3sand) finished with flush pointing in white cement.

Providing and laying heavy duty precast cement concrete inter locking paver blocks vibro compacted upto M- 50 grade i/c border or kurb block gray or coloured over sub-base of concrete with 25mm thick average thickness of cement mortar 1:4 (1cement:4sand) laid over and jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of blocks i/c curring rubbing & polishing complete (sub base concrete floor to be paid for separately) 80mm thick inter locking blocks.

Prooviding wood work in frames of false ceiling partition etc sawn off and put in position 2nd class deodar wood

P/F 40mm thick plain framed panelling with necessary screws priming coat on unexposed surface etc. Complete with 1st class deoadr wood

Varnishing two coats excluding priming coat on new wood and wood based surfaces under coating with flatting varnish and finishing coat with varnish to give an even surface i/c cleaning the surface all dirt dust and sand papering so as to produce a smooth dry and matt surface

Painting two coat (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surface under coat with ready mixed paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirt, dust and other foresign matter with ready mixed paint otyher than white.

Distempering (two coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth priming coat with distemper primer.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint APEX of asian brand approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on decorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials.

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, i/c cutting, hosting, fixing in position and appling a priming coat of red lead paint:-(a) In trusses and trussed purlins in building.

Providing and fixing 0.60mm thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metalic zinc coated sheet with top coat with reguler modified polyster (RNP) organic coated of 20 microns over 5 micron primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 micron primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted limpet & rubber washers complete with all accessories as required as per the direction of Engineer incharge.

P/F M.S BP Sheet 1.66mm to 2mm thick in eves board /facia/sokets/ceilling i/c cutting fixing and welding to steel roof members & appling acoat of red lead primer complete as per the instruction of engineer incharge (base member of steel work shall be measured and paid sepratelly.

S/F Glass panes 4mm thick complete
