Earthwork excavation over Areas upto required depths in all kinds of Soils except Soft and Hard Rock in both dry and wet conditions, dewatering if necessary, backfilling with the approved excavated earth by the sides and in plinth by depositing in layers not exceeding 250mm in thickness, spreading, leveling, consolidating by approved means, dressing the bottom and sides to required levels, profiles, slopes, etc., disposing the surplus earth/spoils within a lead of 50m for settling tank, dosing tank, oil trap and grit chamber and Drying platform levelling the areas etc., Complete all as directed and specified.

a) Upto 1.50 m depth from average ground level.

b) Above 1.50 m to 3.00 m depth from average ground level.

c) Above 3.00m to 4.5m depth from average ground level

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead within NFC complete as specified and directed by EIC

Supplying and filling crushed stone sand in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50m and for all lift.

Lead charges for for the 1st 2 KM or part thereof additional lead over the initial lead of 50 m by mechanical transport, including loading, unloading, stacking, the disposable soil, rock etc., Note: Measurement of lead charges will be based on truck measurement with a deduction of voids @20% and 50% for soils and rock or debris respectively.

Plain Cement Concrete (P.C.C) 1:3:6 by insitu mixing using Weigh Batching or RMC using Ordinary Portland Cement(OPC) conforming to IS 269 or Portland Pozzolana Cement (PPC) conforming to IS 1489 Part-1 with Minimum Cementitious Content not less than 250 Kg/Cum (M/s. ACC,Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromandal, Andhra Cements Ltd. make) with crushed stone sand and graded stone aggregates of 20mm maximum size at all depths/heights below/above plinth level including consolidation, finishing smooth/broom finish as applicable, curing, etc., but excluding Formwork, complete as specified and directed. Note: 1.The blended cement i.e., PPC shall not have more than 35% of pozzolanas

Reinforced Cement Concrete by insitu mixing using Weigh Batching or approved RMC of Grade M - 30 (Minimum Cementitious Content not less than 390 Kg/Cum) at all depths/heights below/above plinth level using using Ordinary Portland Cement(OPC) conforming to IS 269 or Portland Pozzolana Cement (PPC) conforming to IS 1489 Part-1 (M/s. ACC,Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromandal, Andhra Cements Ltd. make) with crushed stone sand and graded stone aggregates of 20mm maximum size including mixing superplasticizer of brand M/s. FOSROC ,SIKA,BASF,CICO in proportion as per Manufacturer's Specifications, Pumping / Lifting of concrete to the required heights, Concrete laid to proper level, profile and slope, placing concrete, consolidation, finishing, curing, etc., but excluding Formwork and reinforcement as specified and directed.

Providing grouting (including tamping) for foundations, structures, equipments, base plates, anchor holes, etc., with non-shrink, free flow grout of shrinkhomp-30N/Sqmm of M/S A.C.C, Fosroc or equivalent mixed with filler like sand in 1:1, including shuttering wherever necessary at and at all depths and heights below and above plinth level complete as specified and directed. note: Weight of grout used in the work will be measured for payment. However, the rate quoted shall inclusive of all materials.

Providing centering and shuttering using good quality densified film-faced Plywood of at least 12mm thick approved make conforming to IS 4990 so as to produce neat form finished concrete surfaces, with steel staging system formwork (Doka/L&T/RMD/Paschal/PERI/MEVA/MIVAN system or any other approved by EIC) will have to be used for all structural elements, including strutting and propping etc. at all levels / heights and removal of the same and including sealing the form joints suitably to avoid fins and abrupt irregularities, etc.complete all as per drawings and specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Note: 1) This item is applicable for all PCC and RCC structural elements like footings/raft, columns, tiebeam, plinth beam, basement slab etc., for all heights/levels. 2) Only steel scaffolding, staging, supporting system to the formwork will have to be used for all RCC structural elements for all floors & at all levels/heights. 3) All surfaces adjacent to EPs, etc., shall be in true line and level & irregularities, if any, shall be rounded by mechanical grinding, chiseling, finishing the same using epoxy silica sand mortar (M/s. FOSROC/M/s. Dr. Fixit or other approved make by EIC) at no extra payment. 4) The design and drawings of formwork shall be submitted alongwith calculations for approval before commencement of work. 5) Form finish F3 shall be provided to all exposed surfaces of the concrete. 6) Sacrificial Tie Rod (coil nut) only will be permitted to use in formwork at no extra cost, However, concrete cover should be maintained to the tie rods. (No through and through rods will be permitted) Sqm Doka/L&T/RMD/Paschal/PERI/MEVA/MIVAN system or any other approved make by EIC.

Supply, fabrication and erection of Reinforcement bars for Reinforced cement concrete items at and at all depths and heights below and above plinth level Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more conforming to IS 1786 of Tata, Vizag steel, Sail, JSW, JSPL make, including transport to site, loading and unloading, making fan hooks of required shape, dowels for bonding masonry, transporting steel to site, decoiling, removing of scales, straightening, cutting, bending, fixing bars with chairs, space bars wherever required, in position with two strings of 18 gauge soft drawn annealed MS binding wire inclusive of its supply etc., complete as specified and as per direction of Engineer- in-Charge.

Sand balsting of structural steel works comprising steel sections like angles, channels, joist, plates etc. using compressed air at required pressures for cleaning the surfaces before application of primer, arranging necessary barricades, enclosure, machinery etc., complete as specified and directed. NOTE: Only the structural steel sections used in the work will be measured for payment.

Supply, Fabrication of Structural Steel work using rolled steel joists, angles, channels, plates in for stack support structure, including cutting, hoisting, fixing of M/s. Tata, Vizag Steel, JSW, SAIL of strength not less than Grade E 250 IS-2062:2011 including providing Bolts and Nuts and other accessories wherever required, arc welding with electrodes conforming to IS 814 of make Advani, D&H, Philips, surface preparation by cleaning with wire brush etc., complete as specified and directed. Note: 1) The bolts wherever used shall conform to A325 ASTM standards to 8.8 designation High tensile bolts conforming to IS: 3757. All the Bolts, Nuts and Washers shall be Cadmium Coated. 2) Erection will be paid under separate item.

Foundation Bolts: Supplying, fabricating, erecting and fixing in position, foundation bolts using MS rounds conforming to IS 432 (Mild Steel Bars Grade – I)/ IS 1875 and suitable nuts including threading, placing in position in concrete in level using template, providing grease and protective cover like covering with polyethelene sheet to bolts and nuts to correct levels Complete and as directed .

Providing two coats of epoxy zinch rich primer on steel surface of make Fosroc (Nitozinc primer)/Asian/Berger and two coats of corrosion and UV resistant polyureathe coating of Make Fosroc ( Dekguard PU)/Asian/Berger or approved equivalent, including all tools, spraying machine, etc., complete as directed and as per manufacturer's specifications.

Erection and fixing of stack including structural steel support framework of 22m height at designated location using mobile hydraulic crane of suitable reach and capacity, Hydra, boom lifters, lifting tools and tackles, submission of erection methodology along with load calculation and getting the approval the department. Note: Contractor shall ensure that the clearway for the movement and placement of crane and other machineries at the work site shall be as per ther requirement and accordingly, excavating, filling, levelling, rolling of the ground by engaging excavator/tractor trolley/roller shall be done. No extra payment will be made for the same.

Supply and installation of Dia 6" /150mm, ERW Class B MS Pipe of MSL / Jindal / Tata make from DG silencer to stack structure.

Supply and installation of Dia 12" / 300mm, ERW Class B MS Pipe of MSL / Jindal / Tata make in the stack with required bends.

Supply and installation of exhaust pipe thermal insulation and cladding for both 6" and 12"dia pipe, using Rockwool Insulation of density 64Kg/m3 with 50mm thick bound with GI chicken wire mesh & Cladding using 24 SWG Aluminium sheet

Supply and installation of 12" SS Flexible Bellows with Table D Flanges, Gaskets and Hardwares

Thermal Insulation and cladding of Silencers, using Rockwool Insulation of density 64Kg/m3 with 50mm thick bound with GI chicken wire mesh & Cladding using 24 SWG Aluminium sheet

Supply and fixing of LED aviation lamp on the top of the stack.

Supply and fixing of 5 pronged copper air terminals along with 15 mm GI pipe of 1.0 meter long with suitable mounting arrangements to fix at the top of the stack to provide lightning protection.

Supply and fixing of 25 x 6 mm hot dip galvanised GI strip along the stack by clamping / welding from lightning arrestor to the earth pit to provide lightning protection.

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of maintenance free earthing system & associated works, etc. complete as per specifications & instructions of E-I-C. A. Providing an earth station using 25 mm dia 3M long earthing electrode of high tensile low carbon steel rod molecularly bonded 250 micron copper coating on the outer surface, filling the bore with suitable environment friendly earth enhancement compound as per manufacturer's standard surrounding the earth electrode complete with all required materials & as per the instructions of EIC. All the components shall comply to IEC-62561, IS 3043, IS 2309 as applicable. Note: The scope includes :- 1) Installation of earth rods including making pit/ drilling suitable size bore holes in normal soil/ hard rock as per manufacturer's recommendations & design. Bore hole shall be made using machine only. 2) Interconnection of earth electrodes along with required SS double sided universal clamps with GI strip. 50 x 6 mm & 150 mm long GI equipotential bar also shall be mounted inside chamber as per instructions of EIC. B. Providing & making concrete chamber (1:2:4) of size 450 x 450 x 600 mm (inside dimension) with 10 mm thick MS hinged cover mounted on 40 x 40 x 5 mm thick angle iron frame, 50 x 6 mm & 150 mm long GI equipotential bar mounted inside chamber as per instructions of EIC. Note: The Earth pit marker of 250mmX200mmX4mm MS sheet shall be welded to an 25mmX25mmX3mm angle of 300mm long shall be fixed on a concrete block. The marker shall be painted with black paint base and values written in yellow paint. Make of earth pits: DEHN/OBO/ERICO/JEF (Suitable test certificates from accredited labs to be submitted for approval)
