Providing and facilitating the careful tending and maintenance and up keeping of garden area and its surroundings, terrace gardens, surrounding of buildings as the area designated is “ Z” Area The work include careful tending, up keeping and maintenance of all trees, shrubs, hedges, lawns, flower beds, seasonal plants including hoeing, watering, pruning unwanted branches and treating soil with manure, applying pesticides, insecticides, fungicides, fertilizer etc, in the required manner, de weeding and removing of unwanted plants, complete as per the scope of work at clause 2.2(I) and specification of work at clause 3.1 and special conditions of contract of Section V to keep trees, shrubs, hedges, lawns, flower bed etc, in healthy and presentable condition. The work include collection and disposal of dead leaves, dried seasonal flower plants, pruned branches of hedges trees, shrubs garbages of all type collected from inside the premises, in a manner specified in the scope of work and Special conditions. The work also include plantation of new plants reproduced prepared at nursery and maintenance of it as per scope of work and special condition of the contract. The work include complete cost of manpower, consumables, tools tackles, equipments etc excluding the cost of soil, sand, manure fertiliser, insecticide, pesticide, fungicide as mentioned in scope of work/specification of work/special condition of contract.

Providing, facilitating Maintenance Nursery / green house for replenishment and multiplication of plants and maintenance and up keeping of potted plants both indoor and outdoor is to be done by cleaning, mopping of the pots and leaves of the plants watering, manuring, pruning hoeing, weeding of unwanted growth etc. on regular basis as designated “ N” Area, applying insecticides, pesticides etc. changing of soil when ever required complete as per the scope of work at clause 2.2 (iv), specification of work at clause 3 and special conditions of Section V, to keep the plants and potted plants in healthy and presentable condition. The work include complete cost of manpower, consumables, tools tackles, equipments etc. excluding the cost of soil, sand, manure fertiliser, insecticide , pesticide, fungicide, as mentioned in scope of work. Excavation of earth pit for new plantation work in designated area in all kind of soil soft or hard murram, loos clay, in hard rock by manual / mechanical equipments/ chiselling etc. including spreading the excavated material anywhere within the academy premises, as per the instructions., complete as per the scope of work /special conditions / specification of works. The work includes the cost of manpower, equipments, consumables, excluding the cost of soil, fertiliser 7 manure. The pit size for plantation will be as under:

For tree plantation - 1 m X 1 m X 1 m.

For shrubs, Hedges and creepers - 0.60 m X 0.60m X 0.60 m.

For ground cover plantation - the trench should be 1m X 1m 0.30 m deep.

PART - B

Providing, supplying of good garden good quality top soil from outside field for the purpose of pot filling, replenishment , renewal in existing garden work, relaying of lawns and new wprks etc. Stack shall be measured and paid as per standard practice.

Providing, supplying of good quality Narmada sand for mixing it in garden soil at anywhere in the site for replenishment, renewal, or new works.

Providing, supplying of good quality manure obtained from well decayed / decomposed cow dung complete, as per specifications, at anywhere in the site for replenishment, renewal, or for new works.

Providing , supplying different size good and approved quality earthen pots (gamlas) well burnt and Terracotta painted for potted plants of different size

Providing and supplying fertilisers of repute manufactures i.e NFL, RCF, IFFCO, KRIBHCO or any equivalent approved makes

Development of new lawn/replacement of existing lawn with Mexican Carpet grass:-* The scope of work includes: • Excavation of soil up to 450 mm. • Anti termite treatment of Pit & soil. • Refilling of pit with good quality of graded soil. • Application of pre & post weedicide. • Manuring of Soil. • Leveling & Irrigation of Soil-stage wise. Turfing of grass (Mexican grass). By direct application of grass slabs.

Providing, supplying, and fixing synthetic green house net (shade & shade – 70X30) including cost of material, labour transportation etc. complete.

Providing, transportation and deploying water in 5000 liters capacity, water to be brought from outside the Academy premises and transported to irrigate the garden area with the help diesel engine pump set with multi outlet header mounted in tanker, including the cost of water, transportation from outside, adequate man power, hose pipe, etc complete as per the Direction of employer.
