Dismantling GI Sheet roofing including ridges, hips, valleys, gutters etc. stacking the serviceable materials and disposal of un-serviceable materials within all lead and lifts.

Demolition below G.L. upto all depth and disposal of unserviceable materials within all lead and lifts .Un-reinforecd cement concrete including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts.

Providing corrugated G.I sheet roofing fixed with galvanised iron J.or L. hooks bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I.limpet washers filled with whitelead complete excluding the cost ofpurlins refters and trusses including carriage of materials, labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts,as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. A)0.63 mm thick sheet. including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts.

B) labour charges for refixing of old GI sheet

Providing and fixing 15 cm.wide 45 cm. overall semicircular plain G.I. sheetgutter with ironbrackets 40x3mm size bolts and nuts and washers etc. including making necessary conections with rain water pipe complete as per design including carriage of materials, labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts,as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. 0.63 mm thick sheet including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts.

Excavation in foundation, trenches etc. in earth work in all kind of soil lifts upto 1.50 mtr and stacking the excavated soil not more than 3mtrs. Clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers when required into plinths sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming & watering and then disposing of all the surplus excavated earth unuseful material for disposing at dumping site (To be arranged by the contractor) including payment of MC/ local body dumping charges it lived any as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge through all modes of transportation including head load, animal load or mechanical means along with its leveling fine dressing and with all kinds of labour, machineries, tools equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour (if required). All useful material such as stones, shingles aggregate and slates shall be properly stacked at site to the maximum possible extent in all leads and lifts through all modes of transportation and used/ removed as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Any loss to the public and private propriety during the course of execution and disposal of serviceable and unserviceable materials shall be absolute responsibility of the contractor and shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respects including all incidental charges.

Providing and laying cement concrete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth. including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick weled with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including levelling centering, shuttering strutting and propping etc. With wooden battens and ballies, hight of propping and cenring below supporting floor to ceiling in all heights and removal of the same for in-stu reinforced concrete and plain concrete work including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. in:- (a) Foundation, footing bases of colums etc. and mass concrete.

Brick work using common clay burnt building bricks in superstructure above ground level in cement mortar 1:6 (1cement: 6 sand) 1st class bricks upto all height including curring and carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Half brick masonry in comman burnt clay building bricks in superstructure above plinth level upto floor two level with cement mortar 1:6(1cement:6 sand) 1st class bricks including curring and carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
