M & L for Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc and brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 KG of cement per Sq.m area, rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing of water proofing compound of approved make as per manufacturers instructions for levelling the surface smooth to receive the water proofing membrane, priming the surface with a coat of cold applied bituminous primer @ 0.50 KG per Sq.m, applying a coat of Blown Bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg per Sq.m, laying Polymeric water proofing membrane of weight not less than 3.00 Kg per Sq.m reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric of weight not less than 150 Grams per Sq.m, by torch application with side over lap of 100mm & end over lap of 150mm & tucked into the chases on vertical surfaces by thermo fusion including applying a coat of Blown Bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg per Sq.m complete including taking down existing Roof Treatment of any description and removing rubbish to a distance not exceeding 1.50 KM complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.

M & L for Plain / Chequered Cement Concrete Tiles of size 250 X 250 mm / 300 X 300 mm, 25mm thick, Hydraulically pressed as in Floors, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry to match including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cutting out cracks to "V" section in existing roofs or terrace, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Cutting / Chipping and removing loose material from existing crumple joint of any description and trimming, cleaning the surfaces of any thickness and filling the groove with 12 to 20mm thick Bitumen / Asphaltic Mastic Pad and sealing with Bituminous sealant including providing double scaffolding and safety measures as required and removal of the same on completion and disposal and depositing the demolished material out of MD land complete all as specified and as directed.
