Installation of Additional EOT Crane (110-35T) at Mill Bay of HSM-2.

• The bidder should have carried out design/ engineering, manufacturing, supply, erection/ supervision of erection, commissioning/ supervision of commissioning of at least One no. double/ four girder EOT crane of minimum capacity 110 (main hoist) /35t (auxiliary hoist) in the last 10 years as on the date of NIT in any Central/State Government Organizations/PSUs/Joint Venture Company where at least one of the partners shall be Central or State Government Organization or PSU/Public Limited Companies.

• 3. As per Domestically Manufactured Iron & Steel Products Policy-2025 (Revised in Dec 2025), the minimum domestic content of Capital Goods* (%) should be minimum 50%.

*For the purpose of this project, capital goods shall mean supply of plant & equipment including technological structure as defined within the project scope.

• The average annual financial turnover of the bidder during any three financial years out of the last four financial years ending FY 24-25 shall be at least 8 crores (Rupees Eight crore only)

• Bidder should submit self-declaration in the prescribed format (Annexure-7 of ITB of section II of SBD) that No Corporate Insolvency Resolution/Liquidation Process have commenced against them under National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT).
