Supply of field testing kits (FTK) for chemical parameters like Turbidity, pH, Hardness, Chloride, Iron, Nitrate, Fluoride, Residual Chlorine etc. for conducting at least 100 (one hundred) water sample testing including carrying, loading & unloading as per direction of the Engineer In-Charge.

Supply of Laminar Flow Cabinet (Horizontal type)Structure made of complete Stainless Steel sheet-polished. Sides of work bench covered with transparent acrylic sheet. Front acrylic door of collapsible type. Work-bench made of Stainless Steel, working table size – 3ft X 2ft X 2 ft, HEPA Filter provided vertically on back of the work bench horizontally. Blowers, motor and pre-filters fitted in lower portion of the cabinet. Properly balanced blowers should be fitted of 1/4 H.P. Electric motor should be provided to supply sufficient air to HEPA filter. Pre-filters should provided to supply pre-filtered air to the blowers. One fluorescent tube and one U.V. Germicidal tube provided over work bench. Static pressure manometer fitted to the unit.

Supply of Microprocessor based digital analytical balance of capacity 210 gm, Readability: 0.1 mg, Standard deviation : ≤ 0.1 mg, Linearity ± 0.2 mg, Response : Approx 3.0 second Internal Calibration, Air shield.

Supply of Vertical Autoclave with outer chamber made of heavy gauge Stainless Steel Sheet duly polished. The inner chamber is made of thick 304 Grade Stainless Steel Sheet. Lid is made of thick machined high grade Stainless Steel plate. The unit has Radial Locking arrangement made of high grade SS duly polished with paddle lifting mechanism. Unit is provided with Spring Loaded Safety Valve, Pressure Gauge, Pressure Release Valve, Water Level Indicator & Drain Valve. Unit is hydraulically tested to withstand upto 40 psi pressure. All internal joints are Argon arc welded, ground and polished to give crevice free internals. Molded joint-less Silicon Rubber Gasket is provided for leak proofing. The unit is electrically heated by flange type/immersion type heaters. Supplied with Control Box, fitted with Mains & Heating Indicators, ON / OFF Switch, Cord & Plug to work on 220/230V, 50Hz, AC supply. Maximum pressure of the steam 15 lbs/sq inch The autoclave should be supplied complete with 2.0 KW immersion heater.

Supply of Vacuum Desiccator (300mm dia).Should be included with a polypropylene stopcock (PTFE plug) to control airflow and a hose connection with vacuum tubing. The unit should have a neoprene O-ring for a secure seal, which does not require grease. Also, it should come with a rigid, perforated polypropylene plate. Shatter resistant polycarbonate upper section.
