Painting Single coat for External walls for old work with Acrylic Exterior Emulsion paint of approved brand and shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all opertional, incidental, labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work as per SS 911 for external walls.

Painting Single coat for old plastered surface with Ready mixed Synthetic Enamel paint in all shades -Grade-I approved colour and make including brushes to have an even shade including cost and conveyance of all materials as directed during execution complying with standard specifications etc., complete.

Writing the sign boards, Direction boards and painting Rangolies over M.S sheet with two coats of back ground one coat primary & one coat synthetic enamel paint over the sign boards with printing two coats with synthetic enamel paint over the back ground. The rate includes cost of paint, labour charges, scaffolding etc., required for the work. The paint should be done with first quality synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and make as directed during execution.

Supply of (semi skilled work men) 2nd class mason / welder / painter/ Carpenter for miscellaneous works connected to annual Brahmothsavams, as directed during execution. (Payment will be made as per actuals)

Hire charges for engaging tractor for conveyance of chain links & other materials etc. including loading unloading, all incidental charges etc,. complete as directed during execution.

Supply of machinery in desilting works guide lines for engaging JCB (Capacity / out put of machine 0.24/1 Cum) 1. The owner should transport the JCB to the work spot at his own costs. 2. The JCB should excavate a minimum of 40 cubic meter of Earth per hour. 3. The JCB should load 20 tractor as per hour with quantum of 2.83 cubic metre of loose factor per each tractor. 4. The rate of per hour is inclusive of all the costs like POL, Transportation of Machine, Driver Batta and other incident charges. 5. The payment of the JCB should be paid hourly basis subject to the condition 2&3 cited above. 6. The JCB should have the Tacho metre and it should function properly.

Painting single coat for old work with ACRYLIC based oil bound washable distemper 1st quality of approved colour, make and quality to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials including brushes to have an even shade including cost and conveyance of all materials as directed during execution complying with standard specifications etc., complete.

Painting Two coats for interior old work with synthetic polymer plastic emulsion of superior Grade approved make and approved colour including brushes to have an even shade including curing, cost and conveyance of all materials as directed during execution etc., complete.

Construction of Brick Masonry in Mud Motor / Clay using well burnt best bricks 2nd class (or) ground moulded (non-modular or traditional size) of 230x110x70mm including curing, cost and conveyance of all materials as directed during execution and complying with standard specifications etc., complete

Mud plastering 6 mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials, all incidental charges etc., complete as directed during execution.

Painting Single coat for internal walls for old work with Acrylic interior Emulsion paint of approved brand and shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all opertional, incidental, labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work as per SS 911 for internal walls.

Supplying and fixing in position M.S Ornamental grills for windows and ventilators or for veranda openings using M.S. Flats, square rods, angles sheets etc., of approved design including necessary cuttings, bending fabrication, welding, grinding and finishing smooth including painting the grills with Two coats with Synthetic enamel paint Grade-I over a Primary coat (Red oxide metal primer) (total three coats) of approved make and colour including cost of making the holes into RCC or masonry works and making good the same wherever necessary, including cost and conveyance of all materials, incidental charges etc., complete.

Supply of quarry rubbish including cost and conveyance of all materials, incidental charges etc., complete as directed during execution.

Earth work excavation for foundations and depositing on bank for all lifts and with an initial lead of 10m including all Operational, incidental, labour charges such as shoring, sheeting, planking, strutting etc., complete for finished item of work.Ordinary soil-Manual means up to 3m depth. Note: Cost of dewatering up to 5% of (a+b) may be added, where required, up to 10% of labour cost. Assessment for dewatering shall be made as per site conditions.

Construction of pre-cast cement block masonry in C.M(1:8) using pre-cast cement blocks made with C.M(1:8) commercial quality of size 290 x 190 x 140 mm or any approved size including curing cost and conveyance of all materials, as directed during execution
