INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

S & F flame proof wall mounted fan 18" or 450 mm sweep (single phase) 240V , 50Hz complete all as specified and directed

Suply and fix surface/recessed mounted LED flame proof weather proof tube light fitting 2 x 40 watts 4' all as specified and directed

Supply and fix energy saving surface / recessed LED weather proof totaly enclosed dust proof, tube light fitting 2 x 40 watts 4' with all accessories, pre wired, including lamp and providing flexible copper wire, twin core cable complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L flame proof weather proof MCB DB TNP 4 way including MCB TPN 32 Amp-12 Nos, for outgoing with internal bus bar and wiring up to terminal point complete all as specified and directed.

S& F flame proof Exhaust Fan 450 mm sweep (single phase), heavy duty including louver shutter and connecting up with and including provision of FRLS PVC insulated multistranded copper cable of size 3 core cable 1.5 sqmm from ceiling rose to connector of fan complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

Material and labour for Cutting the existing GI pipe line of size 50 mm in position (two cut) for insertion of GI Tee of size 50 x 50 x 50 mm for making branch connection including earth work and all fittings as per site requirment all as specified and directed .

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY

Boaring/ drilling (horizontally ) of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology suitable for passing GI/HDPE pipe 80mm dia all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. Note : GI/HDPE pipe shall be measured in the relevant items.

Supply and fixing LED Street light LED street light with pressure die cast aluminum housing with polycarbonate cover, finless design, dedicated peanut optics, > 100 lumen/W system efficacy, minimum 3500 system lumens, 35W system wattage (including driver), color temperature > 5700K, CRI>80, IP65 protection, IK07 rating. The potted electronic driver with THD<10%, PF>0.95, LED fitting is complete all as per OEM specified and directed. LED driver and housing is of same make as of light fitting.

S&F pole mounting junction box of size 300mmx200mmx100mm fabricated out of 2mm thick MS sheet, front openable door with hinges, duly painted with aluminium paint internally and externally over a coat red oxide primer suitable to house and including 02 Nos aluminium bus bar of 30 Amps capacity mounted on suitable insulators, one No MCB SP 6A mounted on dinrail, internally wired with suitable size of copper conductor cable, provision on bottom side for cable entry holes including fixing with steel tubular poles with two Nos Fl clamps 25mmx3mm with nuts, bolts and washers complete and making connection with 1.5 sqmm copper conductor unsheathed FRLS PVC insulated 3 core from junction box to security lights fittings duly laid inside the streel tubular pole and bracket. complete all as specified.

Note: 1. All CTs, PTs shall be as per the rating of the switchgear and of Cast resin type. 2. PCC foundation 0.60 mtr from GL for mounting of Panel is deemed to be included in the quoted rate for the job. 3. Danger Notice plate shall be provided on either facia of the panel.

M & L for bracket for fixing of street light fittings bent to shape, made out of 40mm dia GI pipe medium grade not less than 1.5 mtrs long fixed with two sets of MS clamps made out of flat iron of size 50 x 6 mrn fabricated to shape and fixed with nuts, bolts and washers & two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed

REFRIGERATION AND AIR CONDITIONING

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of water cooler stainless steel having storage capacity 80 litre and nominal cooling capacity 40 litre per hour with suitable compressor, condenser and fan motor with complete accessories and gas charged complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix sheet metal powder coated double pole enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket flushing in wall including 20 Amps rated double pole MCB 10 KA, “C” curve complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F of Voltage Stabilizer fo automatic operation , single phase, naturally air cooler, indoor wall mounted type and designed for input variation between 170V to 270V with out put voltage stabilized to 230V with accuracy of +2.5%, high/low voltage protection with time delay device, voltmeter, Amps meter and of capacity 2KVA complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for point wiring with single core 2.5 sqmm FRLS PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor, 1100 volts grade and unsheathed cable (as per colour code) drawn through and including rigid PVC conduit not less than 20mm dia (medium grade, ISI marked with all accessories like tee, straight joint, L bend etc, concealed in wall, ceiling, floor etc. with pressed steel sunken terminal boxes and 3mm thick laminated sheet cover suitable for mounting switch, sockets and regulators and drawing continuous earth wire of FRLS PVC insulated (green in colour) copper conductor of size 2.5 sqmm and connected to common earth dolly all specified and directed for power point as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

EOT CRANE

Supply, installation, commissioning & testing of flame proof 5 Ton Capacity EOT Crane (Class - II, Medium duty) double girder type with all motion i.e long travel 14 mtr, span 10 mtr and upto 3 mtr height of lift with complete confirming to IS/IEC -60079-1:2007(superseding IS-2148-2004) PVC shrouded Bus Bar (GI) Type, DSL system, limit switch and LT Rail, 50 x 50 mm Sq. Bar, Bay full Length with its accessories, floor operated with pendent push button from the floor as well as by radio remote controller . The flame proof Panel shall be with VVVF drives for all the three motions with main incoming breaker/switches, transformer, contactors,relays, fuses etc. MCB is provided in the control circuit of each motion, each break circuit is provided with suitable contactor, all wiring with suitable size copper conductor. Plateform should be full length, anti skid steel, hand railing should be provided on drive side of the crane and 02 Nos and short platform shall be provided on the other side. The Crane shall be painted with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of epoxy paint having the following component/specification. (a) item - double girder EOT crane (b) Design standard as per IS-807,3177 (c) Class/Duty -II indoor type (d) Hoist speed - 2-3m/min (e) creep hoist speed - 0.3m/min (f) cross travel speed - 05-15m/min (g) long travel speed -05-15 m/min (h) operation pendant operated as well as by radio remote controller (j) Span -10 mtr (k) lift - 3 mtr (I) long travel length -14 mtr (m) hook Height –3 mtr .Note :- Contractor will submit the design/drawings to Accepting Officer for approval prior to procurement of Cranes

PVC shrouded Bus Bar (GI) Type DSL system, limit switch and LT Rail, 50 x 50 mm Sq. Bar Bay full Length with its accessories, floor operated with pendent push button from the floor as well as by radio remote controller, limit switch. DG SET

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of Diesel engine driven Water cooled generating set of capacity 25 KVA, 415 volts, BHP as per manufacture recommendation, AC supply, 50 Hz, 3 phase 4 wire, 0.8 PF at NTP, speed 1500 RPM at AFS Ambala mounted on common base frame with flexible coupling and meeting the requirement of IS-4722/BIS specification with latest CPCB approved acoustic enclosures fabricated out of CRCA sheets as per manufacture recommendation. Sound proofing of enclosures is done with high quality foam conforming to IS-8183 for 75 DB at 01 metre complete including PCC foundation in all respect as per norms of OEM.

DIESEL ENGINE: Water cooled diesel engine of adequate capacity at 1500 RPM generally in accordance with latest BIS/IS specification, 12 volts self starting including maintenance free battery of suitable capacity, charging dynamo/ alternator, air cleaner, diesel/ oil filters, vibration pads & electronic governor complete in all respect. The engine shall be capable of taking 10% over load for one hour for every 12 hours running confirming to the environment (PROTECTION ACT 1986) (29 of 1986) and as amended vide Gazette of India Notifications Part-II sections-III Sub Section (I) dated 12 Jul 2004.

AMF Panel : Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of AMF (automatic main failure) panel suitable for generating set of capacity 25 KVA grouted in the floor with PCC foundation factory made indoor cubical type front operation able fabricated from CRCA sheet (2mm thick) of suitable size comprising power contactor as per manufacturer recommendation. Copper bus bar of current rating not less than 65 Amp with high insulation & instantaneous tripping device suitable for complete panel over current 0.5 Amp, electronic current with tripping protection of AMF panel, painted with powder coating of following features :- (i) 3 Phase MVR relay unit for main power contactor but with single phase protection both on in/out side, 3 phase low voltage cut off at 350 volts reveres phase protection 3 phase high voltage cut off 460 volts unbalancing voltage tripping, separate indication lights for each tripping and 3 phase mains of front panel having 2 Nos/NC 6 Amps interlocking auxiliary contact – 01 No. (ii) 3 Phase AVR relay unit for generator supply contractor with same specification as above – 01 No.

ENGINE INSTRUMENT PANEL : All relevant information shall be displayed on a complete panel for easy monitoring of lubricant, oil pressure, battery charging, ammeter, hours meter, startin switch, etc.FUEL TANK : In built fuel tank of adequate capacity for 12 hours running with stop cock, drain plug as per recommendation of OEM ALTERNATOR : 25 KVA at NTP at AFS Ambala, 3 Phase, 50 Hz, 415 volts, AC supply, 0.8 PF at 1500 RPM, this shall be self excited screen protected and drip proof type brushless, conforming to relevant IS/BIS code as per latest manufacturing schedule.

CONTROL PANEL : The standard control panel shall be built in acoustic enclosures with the following accessories complete wired with suitable size of copper cable:- (i) MCCB of suitable capacity with over load and short circuit protection. (ii) Digital Ammeter. iii) Digital voltmeter. (iv) One set of indicating LED lamps RYB and fuses. (v) Frequency meter, RPM meter, Hour meter, Fuel level indicator. (vi) KWH meter of suitable capacity digital type for 3 phase 415 volt AC supply and for unbalanced load (vii) Water temperature gauge, oil pressure gauge. Note : The Gen set must be affixed with label meeting the following requirement (The label shall be durable and legible) (a) Name and address of the engine manufacturer. (b) Statement that this engine conforms to the environment (PROTECTION) (c) Type and approval certificate number. (d Date of manufacturing of Gen set.

Acoustic enclosure: Acoustic enclosure should be as per manufacturer recommendation. The walls of enclosures will be insulated to get 75 db at 1 metre sound level as recommended by ministry of environment and forest. The enclosure shall have following provisions : (i) Fitting arrangement (ii) Point for neutral and body earthing iii) Fuel drain (iv) Lub oil drainage (v) Air breather (vi) Emergency stop push button (vii) Panel meter viewing window (viii) Canopy light as per OEM recommendations Note: (i) DG set should be sound proof as per latest policy (ii) First filling of Engine oil and Fuel etc should be arranged by contractor for testing (iii) :-The DG set should be confirming to latest CPCB norms.
