Engaging an Agency for operating the canteen at the training centre BMTC Vaddarahalli.

The bidder should have experience in operating in Food and Beverage, hospitality, catering service and related field business for minimum of 3 years.

The bidder should have experience in running the canteen for 50 employees in the any two years out of last five years (i.e. 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25)

The bidder should register under Shops and Commercial Establishment Act 1961 and Contract Labour (Regulation and abolition) Act 1970.

The Bidder Should have valid Provident Fund Registration Certificate

The Bidder Should have valid Employees State Insurance Certificate

The Bidder Should have valid license of Food safety and standards Authority of India License License registered under FSS Act 2006

The Bidder must have minimum annual turnover of Rs.1.50 Crore in respect of providing canteen services in the any two years out of last five years (i.e. 2020-21,2021-22,2022-23,2023-24,2024-25)

The Licensees who have been black listed or terminated or convicted of a criminal offence related to proffessional misconduct or a defaulter in any departments of state Government or Government of India or in any public sector undertaking or in any corporate for any reason what so ever are not eligible for participating in the tender
