Systematic maintenance of Railway track in the Railway siding at FSD, Chingavanam all items as included in technical specifications para 3.0 to 3.9

Rectification of damaged track on account of derailment including chaining or any no. of Rails points and crossings and sleepers with fittings and fixtures ballast including aligning correction of cross-levels and packing (The required materials will be supplied by FCI at site of work free of cost) After satis-fying terms and conditins of class - 34 Vol.IV if any payment is admissible, then only the contractor will be entitled for the same) a) straight/curved track

Rectification of damaged track on account of derailment including chaining or any no. of Rails points and crossings and sleepers with fittings and fixtures ballast including aligning correction of cross-levels and packing (The required materials will be supplied by FCI at site of work free of cost) After satis-fying terms and conditins of class - 34 Vol.IV if any payment is admissible, then only the contractor will be entitled for the same) b) Points & Crossings ( 2 set) (1 in 81/2 or 1in 12)

Supplying and stacking neatly stone ballast of 50 mm for track in private sidng of FCI conforming to para 9.0 to 9.8 of technical specification.

Spreading of available stone ballast of 50mm in dumping manure neatly over the track etc., complete including all leads and lifts as per directions of Engineer-in-charge

Supplying pre-stressed conctere track sleepers to suit broad-gauge with all necessary fittings and including loading/unloading generally conforming to railway standard and specification at site.

Fixing of pre-stressed concrete sleepers/ wooden sleepers as per railway standards and specifications to broad gauge railway track and Points and Crossings including opening of the track and removal of the damaged sleepers/ steel sleepers and stacking at site as directed. The rate shall include the cost of packing and forming the ballast formation but exclude the cost of PSC sleepers fittings ahall be supplied by departmentally.

Supplying, stacking and fixing of wooden sleepers of size 250x150 mm and 3.6 m to 5.0 m length in points and crossings in the private railway siding of FCI MGKV (including transportation, loading and unloading to site) as per the railway specification made out of well seasoned hard wood & species having adequate sleeper index: Mahogany wood including applying two coats of antitermite paint etc.
