Dismantling/removing the inserviceable or serviceable ply top from GI pipe charpoy and dismantle the frame completely, replace the broken/unserviceable parts with new ones, reassembling the charpoy frame completely in all respects by inserting/screwing in the existing/replaced long/short rails and legs inside the 3 way elbow 32 mm duly tightened with check nuts and re fixing the serviceable ply wood removed from the existing charoy and keep the frame ready completely all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Notes :- (i) New parts required shall be measured and paid separately as supply only.(ii) Quoted rate is inclusive of labour element for providing new parts.

Supply only new long rail, 1880mm long, 32mm dia, medium grade GI, Class 'B' conforming to IS-1239 (pt1) of 1979 having threaded portions 22mm long, on each end.

Fabrication/making of short rail, 800mm long, threaded 22mm for both ends made out of long rail obtained from item No 1 here-in-before all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Fabrication/making of leg, 375mm long, duly threaded on top end up to 22mm made out of short/long rail obtained from item No.1. here-in-before including provision of FI clamps for fixing hard wooden block plugs at bottom as required all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of one serviceable leg from GI pipe charpoy with ply top without disturbing the charpoy frame and removing the existing wooden block along with screw levelling/plaining by cutting/scraping the bottom of leg to make charpoy symmetrically horizontal and refix the removed wooden block after providing 34mm dia and 3mm thick mild steel sheet by spot welding at three places to form leg base and refix the leg to charpoy properly all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing 32mm dia 3 way elbow class B ISI marked as per IS 1239 (Pt II) 1982

Supply and fix new plywood BWR Grade ISI marked of size 1980 mm x 900 mm with headless MS nut & bolt 6 mm dia 75 mm length with washer as per the size of Charpoy GI/Charpy with ply top as directed by Engineer-in charge

Supply and fixing in repair check nut 32 mm dia hexagonal shaped class B quality as per IS 1239 (Pt II) 1982 all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fix CP steel handle 100mm long made to shape and fixing the same to make the 3 way locking system fully operational including removing the unserviceable handle for almirah steel of any size and type.

Supply and fix three way locking device to making the system fully operational for Almirah large steel.(Drg No.FD-114 (m)/351/67 (m)/1031/1033/TP/350) including removing the unserviceable locking system

Supply and fix three way locking device to making the system fully operational for Almirah small/medium steel. (Drg No.FD-67(m)/114 (m) / 350 / 1032/1034 ) including removing the unserviceable locking system.

Supply and fix new key hole with brass lock of 50mm six lever, duly fixed inside face of front shutter with stainless steel keys in duplicate for almirah steel of any size and type all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.(Drg No.FD-109/114 (m)/ 115(m) /350/351 /67(m)/1031/ 1032/1033/ 1034/TP)

Supply and fix by welding or jointing to the bottom of steel almirah channel base/leg of length 440mm/484mm as per drg, each consisting of 1mm thick two MS sheet channel base 70mm wide 100mm high with the open end bent out wards up to 15mm, the ends of the channel shall be covered with 70 mm x 100mm MS sheet of 1mm thick incluidng two coats of synthetic enamel paint olive green colour over a coat of zinc chrome primer for Almirah small/medium steel including removing the unserviceable channel base/leg all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.(Drg No.FD-67(m)/114 (m)/350/1032 1034 )

Supply and fix 1mm thick mild steel single shelf fixed to three sides (inside) the steel almirah as shown in drawing bent to 25mm on sides, back and in front and further bent upwords to 10mm in front and sides of shelves, duly painted with two coat of synthetic enamel paint olive green colour over a coat of zinc chrome primer for Almirah small/medium steel

Supply and fix 50mm long tower bolt, chromium plaled steel, single lower or upper, duly welded to the shutter fixed in repairs all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix single 100mm Aluminum bow handle on the left or right shutter fixed in repairs all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for one seat or back frame made out of second class hard wood (chir or venteak or thampakam) 40mm wide & 25 mm thick, made to shape, duly given 2 coats of black synthetic enamel paint over a coat of wood primer, duly caned as per Godrej pattern with new white plastic, cane and fixed on the seat/back of chair CBB steel with 65 mm long machine screws with washers, 2 each on each side fixed in repair all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for new teak wood handle, made to shape, 400mm long, 50mm wide and 25mm thick, front end duly curved suitable for chair CBA steel duly painted with 2 coats of black synthetic enamel paint over a coat of wood primer and fixing the handles to the arm rest portion of chair with screws from bottom complete fixed in repairs all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for providing one seat or back frame made out of IInd class hard wood (venteak/ Thampakam/chir), 40mm wide and 25mm thick on all four sides, made to shape and painted with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint black over a coat of wood primer, duly caned with 2mm wide plastic cane as per Godrej pattern, including fixing the seat/ back frame to the chair CBA steel with 65 mm machine screws with nuts and washers fixed in repairs all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.(Drg No.FD-75(m))

Supply and fix 04 Nos MS strip of size 60mmx30mmx4mm thick by welding to the existing frame below the seat of chair with out/with arm including provision one hole for fixing the seat by screwing and two coats of synthetic enamel paint olive green over a coat of red oxide primer as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix new table top for table office clerk/general/typist steel of 18mm thick pre laminated teak veneered particle board ( exterier grade - class-I) ISI marked, with 4mm thick teak wood beading all side duly polished, fixing the top to the table top frame with screws from bottom complete fixed in repairs all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fix table top with 18mm thick pre laminated teak veneered particle board ( exterier grade - class-I), of size 1900x680mm, with 6mm thick teak wood beading duly polished and fixing the top to the square tube frame with suitable screws from the bottom for table dining ORs fixed in repair all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted surfaces by rubbing down with sand paper, without any scratching or damaging the existing coat, clean throughly to remove all dust/oily spots etc and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint as color approved by GE to all outside/exposed surfaces of the item by spray process to achieve a uniform finish all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge for Almirah large steel.
