Excavation in foundations, trenches etc., in earth work, lift upto 1.50 mts.stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 metres clear from the edge of excavation & returning the stacked soil in 15 cm.layers,when required into plinths sides of foundations etc.conslidating each depositrd layer by ramming & watering & then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed within a lead of 20 metres complete in all respect as per entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge.

Demolition of stone masonry below Ground level up to 1.50 mtrs depth i/c stacking the servicable material with in all leads & lift as per direction of Engineer-in-charge .

Prov.and lying cement concrete 1:3 :6 (1Cement: 3 Sand:6 Graded stone agg.40mm nominal size)& curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth as per direction & to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1 : 1.5 :3 (1 cement :1.5 sand :3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcemnt for reinforced concrete work complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge .

Foundation and plinth complete as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Walls (any thickness but not less than 0.10m thickness) attached pillaster, buttresses, plinth & string courses etc from top of foundaation level upto floor two level as per the direction & to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1 : 2 : 4 ( 1 cement : 2 sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work complete as per direction & to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. in :-

In suspended floor roofs ,landing and shelves and their support.balconies , beams,girders, bressumers and contilever up to floor two level

Providing mild steel / tor steel reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level complete in all leads and lifts and as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Tor Steel.

Prov.form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron frame 30 x 30 x 5mm so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering,strutting & propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping & centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4mtr.& removal of same for insitu rainforceed concrete and plain concrete work complete in all leads and lifrs and as per the directioin and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge :-

Flat surfaces such as soffits & suspended foors, foofs, landing and the like. Floor etc. upto 200mm in thickness.

Vertical surfaces such as walls ( any thickness ) partition and the like including attached pillasters buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like.

Edges of slab and breaks in floors & walls ( under 20 cmtr wide)

Providing and fixing SFRC cover with frame for manholes for frame of internal dimension 500mm dia, ( Heavy duty )the weight of cover to be not less than 45kg. including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts & staisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Laying, jointing & testing in trenches to be levelled to grade D.I pipe of following diameter complete within all leads & lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. ( Earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for separately).
