Demolition of cement concrete of any description not otherwise specifically provide for.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar.

M&L for Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curve on plan exc 6 m Mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6.

M&L for Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curve on plan any radius in half Brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:4 .

Taking down cement plaster any description.

Rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair face of brick or concrete surface finished even and smooth using extra cement completw all as specified and as directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound Make : Dr Fixit (LW+)

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in surface channel/drain complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing 25mm thick cement concrete type B0,1:2:4 using (12.5 mm graded aggregate) as in coping finished rough without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Add or deduct from item No. 10 above for each 25mm girth or part thereof over or under 30cm girth

M&L providing 75mm thick cement concrete type C2 1:3:6 using (40mm graded aggregates) as in floor finished rough without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor ,hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding,(but not baking) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises.

M&L 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar in CM 1:4 for laying floor tiles

M&L chequered cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25cm x 20mm to 22mm thick, machine pressed; set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, and cut and polished, all as specified and directed.

M&L mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, all as specified and directed.

M&L form work to side and soffit of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings,girders, bressummers,lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports,overhangs,etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc.

M&L RCC type B1 (1:2:4) using 20mm graded aggregates) as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like.
