Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft loose soil for cable work or from above cable duct complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft disintegrated rock (considered for road cutting) complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of excavated material not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for dry sand cushioning for under ground cable provided with layer and sand 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15cm after laying the cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, Type 1, flat, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for PCC 1:3:6, type-C 2, using 40mm graded aggregrate for repair to path / drain / road against damege due to excavation / laying of cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying & laying in trenches or in duct or passing through pipe XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip armoured, overall PVC sheathed electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade (Earthed) cross sectional area 185 sq. mm 3 core including dismantling / taking down unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 8.00 above but of size 240 sq.mm 3 core including dismantling / taking down unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling taking out HT/LT Cable from cable duct of substations for realingnment of cable and relaying with proper alingnment for the cable of size 3 core, 185 sqmm, 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) Each cable shall be measured separately. (ii) Steel cable rack shall be measured separately as supply and fix

Material & labour for finding of cable fault of UG 11000 volts grade cable inside trench (under soil / drain/ PCC/ Road/ Trench ) by disconnecting both cable ends, using insulation tester, cable path/fault finder and rectification complete by necessary excavation, cutting at fault position, fixing of straight through heat shrink joint, for cable sizes 150 sqmm to 400 sqmm, 3 core, 11000 volts grade or replacement of heat shrink indoor cable joint kit of size 150 sqmm to 400 sqmm, 3 core and reconnection of both cable end to original position after complete satisfactory insulation test, fixing with old or required new nuts-bolts-washers complete with testing all as specified and directed Note:- (a) Items required for rectification such as heat shrink indoor cable joint kit / heat shrink straight through joints / heat shrink sleeves and earth work shall be measured separately as material and labour . (b) required aluminium cable lugs and nuts-bolts-washers shall be inclusive of quoted rate. (c) Contractor shall bring necessary testing equipment and rate shall be inclusive of quoted rate.

Material & labour for cleaning of HT indoor cable kit at VCB end after opening VCB panel back side cable cover and bottom cable entry plate after disconneting all cable end from busbar/CT, taking out from VCB cable chamber, checking for serviceability, cleaning & decarbonising complete cable kit and aluminium cable lugs using CTC and refixing the same to original position, with new or old nuts, bolts & washers and making cable entry point totally sealed with putty complete all as specified and as directed.. Note:- Required CTC, new nuts, bolts, washers shall be inclusive of quoted rate. Serviceable cable ends will only be measured

Supply & Fix Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 150 sqmm to 185 sqmm after opening VCB panel back side cable cover and bottom cable entry plate after disconneting unsv cable kit from busbar/CT, taking out from VCB cable chamber and fixing the same to original position, with new or old nuts, bolts & washers, bottom plate, back cover and making cable entry point totally sealed with putty complete complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 18.00 above (indoor termination) but for cable of size 240sqmm to 300 sqmm including dismantling / taking down unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for out-door termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 240 sqmm to 300 sqmm after disconneting unsv cable kit from busbar at strcture, taking out carefully after openinf clamp at structure to GL and fixing the same to original position, with new or old nuts, bolts & washers, clamp at structure complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix Cable joining kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with joining material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 150 sqmm to 185 sqmm including dismantling / taking down unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed.
