REPAIR MAINTENANCE IMPROVEMENT OF HT SYSTEM AND MAINTENANCE OF HT BREAKER AND CONNECTED ALLIED WORKS IN AOR OF GE SAMBA UNDER MIL STN SAMBA

Excavation in trenches in any type soil n. exc. 1.5 Mtr in width and not exceeding1.5 Mtr in depth and getting out all as required for laying of UG cable/ poles complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil n. exc. 1.5 Mtr in width and exc. 1.5 Mtr but not exc. 3.00 Mtr in depth and getting out all as required for laying of UG cable/ poles complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtr and deposting where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Returing filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm each all as required complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for dry fine sand cushioning to under ground cables 8 cm thick before laying the cable and 15 cm thick after laying, stretching and testing the cable all as direted. Note: Punned thickness shall be measured & paid.

Supply and laying HT cable cover un-reinforced precast of size 300mmx180mmx40mm class HVP type 1 laying perpendicular to HT cable complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 with (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 with (using 40mm graded stone crushed aggregate) as in coping of poles and foundation of stay etc including necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing, commissioning and testing of Aerial bunched XPLE insulated with aluminium conductor stranded 11000 volt grade 3 single core cross sectional area 95 sqmm and one 70 sqmm aluminium conductor messenger for cable including anchor clamps made out of MS angle 32x32x6 mm complete with clamps and nuts and bolts for cable on poles including dismantling of existing over head conductor complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip armoured HT electric power cable (heavy duty) 11000 volts grade with aluminum conductor 6.35 KV (UE)/11 KV (E) grade, cross sectional area 120 Sqmm 3 core as per IS-7098 suitable for earth system laid in trenches including taking out old UNSV cable complete all as specified and as directed.
