REPAIR / MAINT OF INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION OF RESIDENTIAL AND OTM BLDGS AT DOMESTIC AREA UNDER AFS PHALODI

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling unserviceable main switch/DBs incl wooden board and deposit to MES store yard including making good disturbed surface of wall complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down sub main wiring of any size/capacity complete all as specified and making good disturbed sufaces to match with the existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for one light point controlled by one, one way switch wiring for one light point /ceiling fan point controlled by one switch with 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated, sheathed multi strand copper conductor cable FRLSH 1100 volts in existing concealed/surface conduit for one light point, fan point , controlled by one switch on the same board with other switch or independent including PVC insulated sheathed 1.5 Sqmm multi stranded copper conductor cable FRLSH 1100 volts connected to common earth dolly including 1.25mm thick sunken pressed steel terminal boxes/Modular PVC surface box of suitable module and including 3mm thick hylam brand laminated white bakelite sheet cover complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) Cutting chases (if required) and making good to match with the adjoining surface shall be included in the unit rate. (b) Switches, sockets etc shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate items of Sch 'A'.

ditto all as per Item No. 04 but for One ceiling /exhaust fan point controlled by one switch,

ditto all as per Item No. 04 but for One 3 pin 5 amp socket out point on the same board with other switches.

ditto all as per Item No. 04 but for One3 pin 5 amps socket out let point on independent board.

ditto All as per same in item No 4 above but for one socket outlet 15 amp on independent board with 2.5 Sq. mm cable and 2.5 Sq.mm. earth wire. Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for for One light point controlled by one, one way switch Concealed Point wiring with PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable of size 1.5 Sqmm, with PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable FRLS of size 1.5 Sqmm stranded for earth continuity wire, to be drawn in and including, PVC conduit not less then 20 mm dia with metal sunken boxes including all necessary wall cutting and making good disturbed surface all as directed and specified . .Note Cutting chases, plastering and making good to match with the adjoining surface shall be included in the unit rate.

ditto All as per same in item No 9 above bu. for One ceiling /exhaust fan point controlled by one switch, Note : - Rate shall be included for connection of ceiling rose to fan by using 3 core flexible copper wire in white colour complete all as directed and specified
