Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15cm thick (below or above ground level) including necessary tools and plants complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any postion not otherwise specifically provided for including necessary tools and plants complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Material & labour for scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exceeding 400 Sqm, exceeding 50mm and not exceeding 100mm deep complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Providing and laying for pre cast reinforced cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm nominal size crushed and graded stone aggregate) in man hole covers/cover slabs or similar work, etc. including necessary form work and loading/unloading/placing of the same and fixed in position complete in all respect as specifified and directed.

Providing and laying for deformed TMT steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete in all respect as specifified and directed.

Preparing unsurfaced water bound macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly a priming tack coat with paving bitumen of VG- 10 or VG-30 @ 10 kg per 10 square meter complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Material & labour for repair to pot holes of any depth not exceeding 1.00 Sqm each including sweeping, free from dust and mud of water, scoring sunken surface in road etc, cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth making good by applying tack coat @ 5kg per 10 sqm and bituminous premixed carpet, 25mm consolidated thickness, with 0.33 cum. of stone chippings mixed with 18.25 kg of binder per 10 square meter, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Material & labour for preparing old Black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and apply a tack coat with paving bitumen of viscosity grade-10 @ 5 kg per 10 square meter, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Material & labour for Bituminous premixed carpet, 40mm consolidated thickness, with 0.54 Cum. of stone chippings mixed with 29.2 kg of paving bitumen VG- 10 or VG-30 per 10 square meter, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Providing and laying for Premixed sand seal coat with 0.06 cum. of stone dust mixed with 6.8 kg of paving bitumen viscosity grade VG-10 or VG-30, applied and rolled to a uniform smooth surface complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Material & labour for 100mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 (using 40mm nominal size crushed and graded stone aggregate) as in footpath, floor finished fair and even and making impressions of expanded metal whilst the concrete is green complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Material & labour for M-40 cement concrete grade, 80mm thick pre-glazed, machine pressed/vibration technology, precast conctete interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment of any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 over 50mm thick river bed fine sand cushioning over PCC bed complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for 2.5mm thick Thermoplastic road marking material/Hot making paint (minimum qty of material @ 2.02 gm per Cucm) of specified shade/colour using hot process by fully automatic thermplastic materials applicator machine filled with profile shoe, glass beads (minimum qty of mglass beads @ 30% of main material's by weight) to be embedding and anchoring at a depth of 50-60% and should be pressure type system, having tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of all materials, labour, T&P, transportation, cleaning the road surface of all dirts, seals, oil grease, grass and foreign materials etc., complete in all respect as specified and directed. Road marking material should comply with BS 3262:Part 1:1989,AASHTO M-249,MORTH ( Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, India ) Clause 803.4.2 1, JIS K 5655 of Make: IRA road marks, Asian paints (Apcomark), Automark Technologies (India) Pvt. Ltd., Metalite (Hibrite) (Note:- The work shall be executed by manufactures authorised applicator only)

S & F solar road stud having 3 LEDs of colours red/ yellow to a side (total 6 Nos) housed in a tough pressure die casted aluminum alloy of any size (120 x 130 mm), (100x130mm) and (125x125mm) of height 20 mm with built in stem-nail 30 mmx 50 mm long for fixing with epoxy. LEDs, solar - cells, battery & light sensor well protected in side under tough unbreakable polycarbonate transparent sheet roof. System workable for 2-3 days (nights) after full charge in 8-10 hours. Screening road metal, Chippings, etc. on the site of the work, when specially ordered, including removing screened materials clear of screen and stacking in separate heaps for measuring (Materials from both sides of screen measured) complete all as specified and directed

M&L 75mm th in two layer (compacted th) WBM with course aggregate of grading 2(63 to 40mm) size or of grading 3(50 to 20mm size) spread rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber reqd with 8 to 10 tonne power roller, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.17 above but except materials complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L premixed bituminous macadam 40mm consolidated th laid/ rolled and compacted to reqd camber and gradient with 8 to 10 tonne power roller using paving bitumen VG-10 or VG-30, 4% by weight to total mix complete all as specified and directed.

M&L liquid seal coat applying evenly binder @ 9.8 Kg per 10sqm blinding with 6.3 mm size stone chipping @ 0.009 cum per 10sqm and rolled to a uniform smooth suface with 8 to 10 tonne power roller, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 100mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base concrete.

Material & labour for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40 mm nominal size crushed and graded stone aggregate) laid in alternative bays finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete in all respect as specified and directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete type-C2 1:3:6 (40mm garaded agg.) in surface channel and drains

M&L extra for forming fair finished drain or channel any girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds mitred/stopped ends etc

M&L for sand filling under floor or below paver blocks incl. watering and consolidation.

M&L for PCC, 1:2:4 type B1,(using 20mm graded cr stone aggr in lintels upto 1..5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for in Item 04028, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded for chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Demolition brick work, in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar(1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces with cement plaster 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L including preparing of new plasterd wall surfaces and treated with three coats of white wash on it.

NOTES :- 1. For the items for which specifications not mentioned any where in the tender, the IRC specifications shall be followed. 2. Unless otherwise specified the rates for PCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork shuttering etc., required for complete and proper execution of the work. Refer Schedule "A" notes for details.
