Maintenance/ Testing / Replacement of 11KV Switchgear

Dismantling, cleaning, greasing and assembling of hand pullout system, racking mechanism of chassis and position indicators. Alignment of breaker in panel for smooth racking-in/ racking-out operation shall be done and adjustments shall be done if required.

Cleaning of 11KV panels by way of vacuum cleaner/air blower & Cleaning and tightness checking of CTs, PTS and control wiring connections in terminal blocks.

Replacement of faulty relay,CTS, PTS, burn out fuses, MCBs and other defective components of 11KV Board after carrying out control ckt. checking.

Cleaning of contacts, checking of vacuum interrupter, tripping coils, closing coils and replacement if required & checking of mechanical tripping mechanism and adjustment if required.

Maintenance of SF6 Breakers

Inspection and checking of SF6 leakages, refilling of SF6 gas, checking of SF6 density monitor and pressure setting replacement if required. Checking of close/trip mechanism from remote, local and manual operation and associated indicators. Checking of protection and interlock system complete job. Checking of spring charging mechanism and and associated indicators.

Checking of door ceiling gaskets and replacement if any, Checking of space heater and illumination system. Checking of tightening of all cable termination in TB and control cable dressing, tightening of cable glands and lugs and replacement if required. Checking tightness of foundation bolts

Maintenance of 66 KV CTs and PTs

Routine maintenance of CTs, PTs, oil level monitor and topping of oil if required. Measurement of CT, PT secondary resistance, ratio test, Magnetization characteristics and checking of primary connection strips. Cleaning of dusts and visual inspection of any cracks in insulators of CTs, PTs. Checking tightness of foundation and equipment bolts. Cleaning of marshalling boxes, checking of healthiness of gaskets, junction boxes, carrying out DGA and testing of other parameters of oil.

Maintenance of 66/11 KV, 6.3 MVA Power Transformer

Complete cleaning of Transformer, Marshalling Box, and Control Panel, tightening of bolts and replacement of gaskets if required. Checking oil level in bushings and topping when required. Topping of oil in conservator and OLTC if required. Checking of OLTC mechanism, pressure relief device, Buchholz relays and respective protection system

Checking of Winding Resistance / IR, PI, BDV / DGA of Oil. Checking of alarm/trip circuits, release of air from different points shall be done, if reqd. Checking the healthiness of Control Circuit Connections and various Logics, if reqd. Calibration of OTI / WTI of transformer, shall be done if reqd. Periodic replacement of breather.

Maintenance of 66KV Isolators with earth blade

Cleaning of isolator contacts, greasing of contacts, replacement of damaged contacts. Checking opening/ closing mechanism both manual and electrical, adjustment of switches, link rods and livers required if any. Checking of isolators alignment for proper fitting of contacts and adjustment required if any. Checking of earthing strips and Tightening of nuts and bolts

Maintenance of Battery Sets & Battery Chargers .

Cleaning of battery surface, joints, all inter cell connectors and tightness checking of all joints. Application of petroleum jelly / Battery Terminal Protector at all joints, if reqd. Checking the Specific Gravity, Voltage and Electrolyte Level of each cell Topping up of cells with electrolyte, wherever necessary. Checking the battery vent plugs and replacing wherever necessary. Cleaning of Battery Charger panels internally and externally. Checking of all electrical connections of charger panels for tightness and cleaning. Replacement of any defective battery cells, after proper charging, if necessary. Periodic Boost Charging of Battery Banks, as and when required.

Laying/fixing of Power and Control Cables.

Laying fixing of Power Cable of size up to 300 sq. mm on surface / in the existing masonry/ duct if required.

Laying fixing of Power Cable of size up to 185 sq. mm on surface / in the existing masonry/ duct if required.

Laying and fixing of One Control Cable of size up to 2.5 sq. mm and any no. of Cores on surface / in the existing masonry duct if required

Removal of false flooring / tray cover / conduits, etc placing them back after job

Fixing of power cable kits indoor and outdoor type up to 300 sq./185 sq. mm if required.

Replacement/repair of 11KV GO sets if required

Checking of Switch yard lightning and replacement of any defective parts complete job.

Repair/ replacement of trench cover if required

Laying and fixing of One Control Cable of size up to 2.5 sq. mm and any no. of Cores on surface / in the existing masonry duct if required

Urgent/ breakdown maintenance of switch yard equipments.

Replacements of CTs, PTs and SA single pole by way of modification of their mounting bases if required. Carriage from divisional store to site of work and installation/ commissioning on existing structure complete job. Dismantling of the damage one and return to the store. Repair/ replacement of earthing switch blades and its contacts including its alignment, link/ lever movement adjustment, tightening of nuts and bolts complete job. Dismantling of the damage one and return to the store. (labor charge)

Foundation back filling / soil removal.

Replacement of missing/damaged tower component and danger/number/phase/Circuit plate/ACD

Trimming/cutting of trees.

Replacement of damaged/ broken 11KV disc insulators in normal areas.(Single string)

Replacement of damaged/ broken 11KV disc insulators in Hilly/tough terrain areas.

Providing of mid span joints in panther conductor in case of cutting/ snapping of conductor and restringing of conductor.

Repair/ replacement of damaged jumpers of 66KV line.

Repair/replacement of dead ends by way of dismantling of conductor and restringing
