Cutting in earth work and disposal of excavated earth up to a lead of 20 meters complete and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in foundations and trenches(for pipes and pits in all depths etc.) in all lifts and in all kinds of soils such as pick work, jumper work, blasting in soft/hard rock, chiseling/wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited)and saturated soils, stacking the excavated earth within all leads and lifts, clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cms. layers when required into plinths, sides of foundation and trenches etc., consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed by Engineer-in-charge within all leads and lifts including uprooting of trees, dressing of beds and sides and preparation of sub-grade, restoration of unmetalled/metalled/paved surfaces to its original conditions including soring, strutting, timbering and dewatering , where ever required, providing diversion for traffic, fixing night signals, fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches for access to houses complete and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1cement : 4 sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centring & shuttering in Foundation & plinth with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in Charge

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thich welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering struttting and propping etc.with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4mts. And removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:-

Foundation Footing & Base of the Column with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in Charge

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts.

Beam, cantilevers, girder and lintels:- Sides and soffits of beam haunching cantilever, girder, bressumers and lintels not exceeding 1 metres in depth.

Flat surface such as soffits of suspended floor, roofs, landings and the like floor etc.200 mm in thickness as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts.

Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls. Under 20 cm wide as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts.

Providing & laying cement concrete1:1½:3 (1cement :1½ sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) & curing complete excluding the cost of form work & reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in :-

Foundation,footing,bases of columns and the like & mass concrete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts.

In columns , pillars post and Strits upto floor two level as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts.

Beam, cantilevers, girder and lintels:- Sides and soffits of beam haunching cantilever, girder, bressumers and lintels not exceeding 1 metres in depth as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts.

In suspended floors , roofs , landing & shalves & their supports balconies , beam girders , bressumers & cantilever uoto floor two level as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts.

P/L damp Proof course 38mm thick with cement cocrete 1:2:4( 1 cement :2 sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size ) & curing complete in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the engineer in charge .

Applying a coat of hot bitumen ( mexphalt 80/100or equivalent ) using 1.70kg /M>20N D.P.C after cleaning the surface with apiece of cloth lightly soaked with kerosen in all leads and lifts as per the direction of engineer in charge .

Providing tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of engineer in charge .

Earth filling in first Layar in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer in charge .

Filling in plinth with sand under floors including watering, ramming, consoldating and dressing complete with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of engineer in charge .

Boulder/Stone filling under floors in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer in charge .

40mm thick cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement :2 approved sand :4 approved graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) laid in one layer finished with a floating coat of neat cement in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer in charge .

2nd class brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in superstructure above plinth level upto floor two level in cement mortor 1:6 ( 1 cement :6 approved sand) in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer in charge .

Proving Wood Work in Frame of doors , windows , Clearstory , windows and other frames wrought , Framed and fixed in position.( 1st Class Devodar wood) in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer in cahrge

20mm cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick/stone masonry for interior plastering up to floor two level i/c arisses internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even & smooth in C:M 1:3(1cement:3sand) in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer in cahrge

6 mm cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick/stone masonry for interior plastering up to floor two level i/c arisses internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even & smooth in C:M 1:3(1cement:3sand) in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer in cahrge

Providing and fixing paneled glazed of paneled and glazed shutter for door ,windows and clearstory windows including black enameled iron butt hinges with necessary screws 40mm thick with 1st class deodar wood complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

P/F Wire gauge shutters using galvanised M.S. Wire gauge of I.S. Gauge designation 85 g. With wire of dia 0.56 mm for doors ,windows and clearstory window including bright finished black enamelled iron Hinges with necessary screws : 40mm thick 2nd class Deodar wood-complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying anti skiding water proof stain and impact resistant heavy duty vetrified tiles in grey /coloured or of approved shade in flooring ,treads of steps and landing laid on a bed of 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3(1cement :3 sand)jointed with cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles as required complete.(Floor Tile 800x1200mm Size) complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying granite stone in flooring 20mm(average)thickness base of cement mortar 1:3(1cement:3 sand) laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed withpigment to match the shade of granite stone i/c rubbing and polishing complete. 20mm.thick complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing & laying Kota stone slab flooring 55 mm (average) thick in riser of steps , skirting dado & piller laid in 12mm (average cement mortar 1:3)(1cement :3sand)laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete ( for stairs) complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing railing work( steel) in starir case with ms square and round bar with welded connection inall leads and lifts as per the direction of the engineer in cahrge.

Providing and fixing M.S. Grill of required pattern in wooden frame of window etc. With MS flats square or round bars with round headed bolts and nuts or by screw (Plain grill ) and lifts as per the direction of engineer in charge.

Providing & fixing 15 cmtr wide 45 cmtr overall semicircular plain G.I. sheet with iron brackets 40x3mm size bolts & nuts & washer Gutter 90 cm over all in plain G.I. Sheets including making neccesary connection with rain water pipe complet as per design .(0.80mm thick sheet ) in all leads and lift as per the direction of the engineer in charge .

Providing Facia (jhaller ) 90 cm over all in plain G.I. Sheets fixed with welded joints in required shape of pattren in all leads and lifts as per the directioon of the Engineer in charge .

Providing and fixing of Cast iron Rain Water Pipe in all lead and lift as per the direction of the engineer in charge in alla leads and lifts .

Painting one coat of wall core putty on previously painted concrete / mosonary / plastered surface to give an even shade , including cleaning of all dirt , dust and other foreign matter and sand papering as required complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Painting two costs (excluding priming cost on new concrete / mosonary / plastered surface with enamel paint of standrad make such as( Asian, Nerolack, Delux etc.) brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foregin matters complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Applying Priming coat over new wood and wood based surface after and including prepering the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease , dirt and other foreign matter) sand paper and knotting with ready mixed paint brushing wood primer pink of standrad make such as( Asian, Nerolack, Delux etc.) complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Painting One costs of res oxide on new steel work including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foregin matters complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Painting two coat ( excluding the priming coat ) on new wood and wood based surface with readymixed paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirt , dust and other foreign matter sand papering and stopping with ready mixed paint other then white complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Painting one coats (excluding priming coat ) on new steel and and other metel surfaces with anamel paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning of oil, dirt ,dust and other foreign matter with ready mixed paint other then white of standrad make such as( Asian, Nerolack, Delux etc.) complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of engineer in charge.(Window grills) complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Finishing wall with weather proof exterior grade emulsion of approved design ( Apex ultima ) or its equarlied on undecorated wall surfaces ( two coats) to give an even shade and finial finish after throughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt ,dust and other foreign matter etc . including sand paper smooth complete .
