Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam. (A) With Hydrated lime/cement as filler(reffer table 500-9 of MORT&H specification). (1) with 60/70 or VG-30 grade Bitumen. (ii)for grading II( 19 mm nominal size).

Bituminous Concrete. Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type Hot Mixed Plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading. premixed with bitumen binder @ 5.40 to 5.6% of mix and filter transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alingment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tendem roller to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSRT&H specification clause 509, complete in all respect. (including carriage of mixed materials upto 10.00 km initial lead from mixing plant) (nncluding cost of testing materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt. D. (a) With rock dust as filter (reffer table 500-9 of MoSRT&H specification) & anti striping agent as per IS:14982 (Refer Appendix-5 of MoSRT&H specification. (1) with 60/70 or VG-30 grade Bitumen. (ii)for grading II (13 mm nominal size).

Providing and laying Hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.
