Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone or concrete surface of wall etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillar etc but excluding ashlars facing dressed stonework & precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation in soft /loose soil not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out complete all as specified and directed

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in soft /loose soil each not exceeding 0.5 cum, getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and making good the surface complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting points in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for broken stone or boulders hardcore of gauge not exceeding 63mm, deposited spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in kerbs, coping etc rounded or chamfered on edges including necessary form work finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound liquid, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, opening in concrete walls, floor and roofs exceeding 5 cm but not exceeding 10 cm wide for rough finished surfaces of concrete, flat complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing of Fe-410W (Gde E-250) quality 'B' complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, not exceeding 5cm long with dia of neck 11 to 15 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only MS round bars 10mm dia for securing chain link fencing fixed to RCC fencing posts as per Fe-410-W (Gde- E-250) quality 'A' or Fe-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for galvanised iron chain link fencing with 4 mm dia of wire made up into matresses with mesh of size 50mmX50mm and type and fixed with 10 mm dia MS round bars and straining including provision of binding wire for securing chain link fencing as per relevant IS specification and as approved complete all as specified and directed. (Note: 10 mm dia MS round bar shall be measured and paid separately as supply only)

S&F for pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet of 0.50mm thick of any colour as approved by GE having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as in repair complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet of 0.50mm thick of any colour as approved by GE having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridge / wall/cladding, fixed with self tapping screws as in repair complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for mild steel works for posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate), as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in floor/paving etc finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50 mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in floor/paving etc finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 80mm thick machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size with grey cement and pigment confirming to IS 15658-2008 (M-40 grade) over in and including 40mm thick compacted sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on brick work or concrete surfaces of wall, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair face of brick works or concrete surfaces of walls with cement mortar (1:4) mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instructions , finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately)

M&L for applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of alkali resistance primer on newly plastered surface of walls including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying one coat of cement based paint on old plastered surface of walls after preparation of old plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
