Dismantling stone slab flooring laid in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead.

Brick work with common burnt clay FPS (non Modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level upto floor V level in all shapes and sizes in cement mortar 1:6.

Providing and laying flamed finish Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawing with 18mm thick stone slab over 20mm thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1Cement:4 Coarse sand ) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing curing and polishing complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge flamed finish granite stone slab Jet Black, cherry Red Elite Brown, Cat Eye or Equivalent.

Structural Steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work including cutting hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

38mm thick wood block flooring of first class teak wood laid over 25mm thick leveling layer of cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 Cement:2 coarse sand: 4 Graded stone aggregate 10mm nominal size) to be paid separately coated with a thin layer of hot bitumen penetration 80/25 9 blown type) @ 2.45 Kg per sqm, including fixing block in position after dipping in hot bitumen upto half depth planed, leveled smooth and finished complete.

French spirit polishing two or more coats on new works including a coat of wood filler.

Stone work (machine cut edges ) for wall lining etc. (veneer Work) upto 10 meter height backing filled with a grout of average 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1Cement:3 sand) including pointing in white cement mortar 1:2 (1White cement”:2 stone dust) with an admixture of pigment matching the stone shade ( to be secured to the backing and sides by means of cramps.)

Stone work (machine cut edges) for flooring etc. Red sand stone exposed face machine cut and table rubbed with rough backing 70mm thick.

Providing and fixing hand rail of approved size by welding etc. steel ladder railing balcony, railing staircase railing and similar works including applying priming coat of approved steel primer MS tube.

Providing corrugated G. S sheet roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and GI limpet washers filled with white lead, including coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paints on overlapping of sheets complete complete (up to aby pitch in horizontal / vertical or curved surfaces) excluding the cost of purlins rafters and trusses and including cutting to sizes and shape wherever required 0.80mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m2

Providing wood work in frames of false ceiling, partitions etc. sawn and fixed in position with necessary stainless steel screws etc. kiln seasoned and chemically treated hillock wood.

Providing and fixing 2nd class teak wood plain lining tongued and grooved, including wooden plugs complete with necessary screws and priming coat on unexposed surface 25mm thick.
