M&L concrete bed to drain pipes in PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) including packing under and completely surrounding pipes with concrete after they are laid on slope and tested for following bore drain pipe complete all as specified and directed :-

S&F PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints and laid in trenches or in floor of following size complete all as specified and as directed :-

M&L for Brick work with old size full brick subclass ‘B’ burnt clay bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for old size Brickwork with, sub class ‘B’ bricks in one brick thick honey comb walling, built in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1, (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in kerb/ benching/ coping, bed plates, for fixing of hold fast, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast RCC (1:2:4) type B1,Nominal mix (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) as in cover slab (for manholes) and set in CM (1:4) including necessary fair finish formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars as in reinforcement, 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater (stack clamp), ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required, hooks (stays), heavy for large gates, hooks and pintle hinges large hasps and staples, hand made sliding bolts, clamps, hold fasts, wall ties, hooks for hanging fans plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters, knee piece inserts two way and three ways straps, plate washers and similar articles conforming to Fe-290(Gde-E-165) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water and removal of debries out side MoD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick plastering on fair faces of brick or concrete surface in two layers, Ist layer 10mm thick CM (1:6), and IInd layer 5mm thick CM (1:4), surface finished even and smooth using extra cement mixed with WPC (liquid type) complete all as specified and directed. Note :- WPC (Liquid type) shall be measured and paid separately as supply only.

Supply only WPC integral water proofing compound (Liquid type) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F uPVC rain water gutter of depth 160 mm and minimum 150 mm wide suitable for sloped galvalume roof sheet fixed to clamps complete all as specified and directed.(Note- Supporting clamps/Stays/Supports shall be paid separately)

S&F trap/bend of uPVC suitable for connecting/fixing rain water valley gutters with PVC rain water drain pipe of 110 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC under ground tank of 2000 ltr capacity complete all as specified and directed.
