Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 5km lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 5km lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Demolishing stone rubble masonry manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 5kms lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 5 km lead,of area 3 sq. metres and below as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Demolishing brick work /solid block work in cement mortar manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 5kms lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth upto 30 cm measured at a height of 1m above ground level and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 5km outside the periphery of the area cleared as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator)/manual means and subgrade consolidation using vibratory roller- excavation over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) in all types of soils including soft rock, in areas marked for cutting to correct lines and grade/levels and getting out the excavated soil obtained from cutting within the boundary including lead up to 150 m and all lifts, sub grade consolidation using vibratory roller, under 98% modified proctor density (IS: 2720 Part VIII -1983) as per technical specifications and and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Item includes cost for all labour, transportation, machinery etc. involved in all operations as mentioned above.)

Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) in all types of soils including soft rock, in areas marked for cutting to correct lines and grade/levels and transporting selected fill materials obtained from cutting within the boundary including lead up to 5 km and all lifts, as per technical specifications and and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Item includes cost for all labour, transportation, machinery etc. involved in all operations as mentioned above.)

Earth work in excavation for all kinds of soil by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) /manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 5 km, as per specifications & directions of Engineer-in-charge.The disposed soil to be levelled and neatly dressed using vibratory roller as per technical specifications and and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade, properly mixed and consolidated with hand rammers, including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, curing, lead, lift, etc., excluding the cost of centering and shuttering, as per specifications & directions of Engineer-in-charge -All works up to plinth level :1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 manufactured crusher sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)
