Taking down energy meter from unserviceable meter box carefully and re-fixing on new panel board, sealing with sealing compound and wire complete all as directed & directed.

Taking down carefully sub main wiring of any size including wooden batten etc. and making good the disturbed surface of wall/floor to match with the existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for electric meter box of size 0.90x0.70x0.25 mtr made out of 2.0mm thick CRCA sheet with powder coated including fixing of 40 Amps MCB, DP - 05 Nos (One no MCB DP for individual meter) and MCCB 4 pole 125 Amp rating,25 KA - 01 No, TPN Busbar of rating 200 Amps for main incoming including RYB 3 phase indication including all necessary connection by providing aluminium lug of suitable size, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for dry river sand cushioning over and around the cable for cable protection in trenches, leveled and punned down complete all as directed & directed. Note: The punned down thickness shall be measured for payment.

Supply and laying , reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, Type 1, flat, size 250mmX 150mmX40mm complete all as specified & as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as directed & directed.

Removal of excavated material [soil] to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as directed & directed.

M & L earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground all as specified and directed (earth pit not less than 2.25m below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level connected to GI wire 4mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts & washers of galvanized iron all as shown in Electrical Plate No. 3 connected to earth test point all as specified or indicated and testing on completion including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of strata, PCC pit and RCC cover, GI protection pipe 15mm bore light grade up to 7.5m length earth lead up to meter board, watering pipe, wire mesh etc complete all as directed & directed.

NOTES :- 1. For the items for which specifications not mentioned any where in the tender, the BIS specifications shall be followed. 2. Unless otherwise specified the rates for PCC/RCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork shuttering etc., required for complete and proper execution of the work. Refer Schedule "A" notes for details.
