Total value of civl engineering works executed and payments received in the last five years (year-wise)

List of existing commitments and ongoing works

List of works for which tenders already submitted

Banker Details for reference

Construction equipment owned by the tenderer and equipment proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Reports on the financial standing of the tenderer, such as profit and loss statements and auditor’s reports for the last five years

Qualification and experience of the key technical and management personnel in permanent employment with the tenderer and those that are proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

List of Financial Resources with Certificates

In last five years (i.e., 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25) Satisfactorily completed as a prime contractor at least one single similar nature of work done (50% of the amount put to tender) i.e., not less than the amount of Rs 45.53 lakhs. Certificate issued from the rank of Executive Engineer and above for the same should be furnished by the contractor. (With Work Indent Number)

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years Executed in any one year, the following minimum quantities of work in last five years. 1. Earthwork, sub grade & Constn of Embankment : 825.80 Cum 2) PCC/RCC : 52.41 Cum 3) GSB : 1265.00 4) Metalling : 990.00 Cum 5) B.T : 6600.00 Sqm 6) Steel : 1.38 Tonne

Liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs 45.53 lakhs (Credit lines/ letter of credit/ certificates from Nationalized banks for meeting the fund requirement etc.) LOC should be in the Govt. format

To qualify for award of this contract each tenderer in his/her name should have in the last five years period (i.e., 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25) achieved in at least two financial years Minimum Financial Turnover (in all classes of civil Engineering construction works only) of Rs. 182.11 lakhs (usually not less than 2 times the amount put to tender.) Profit and Loss Statement should be furnished. Turnover Certificate should be obtained from Charted Accountant with UDIN Number
