Supply & fixing outdoor type LED Glowsign board made of 3 mm thick ACP sheet (Aludecor/ or pwd approved) finished with approved metallic colour as back ground (colour approved by department) & fixed on Angel Iron structure. The all side fabricated with 20mm square bar with required fixing arrangement as frame Size=(15' x 5')x2= 150 sqft. The Specification of the is given below. i) Supply & Fixing special type of imported solid acp letter (thickness 3mm raised 0.5 inch above ACP)fixed on 2mm thick acrylic sheet.All side each letter glows or emits light. ii) LED Colour White, Make-GE / samsung or equivalent. iii) LED Life: 650,00 or above burning hours. iv) Visibility: 100 mtr at least for normal eye. v) Power consumption – 1.5 watt per module(One module consists of 3 Nos of LED) vi) LED Protection- IP 66/67 protection. vii) Power Supply: Input: 100V, AC to 240V AC,4A /2A ; 50/60 HZ, Output:DC 12V, 15A /20A Constant Power Supply.

LED Sign Board should be fixed on the top of the Building Pillars on M.S channel and suitable size and number of stay rigidly by nuts, bolts etc. as per direction of E.I.C. supply and fixing M.S fabrication box for holding rectanguler shape LED board of size (15'x 5')- 02 Nos with powder coted 50mm X 50 mm X6 mm MS angle for holding Facia and MS flat iron (50mm X 25mmx 10mm) 1 nos 20ft Long Each Support Signboard

Transportation Charges from Factury to Balurghat Govt. ITI, loading & unloading both end.

Hiring charges for scaffolding arrangement incl dismantling the same at the end of work and carriage.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

(i) Rate should be quoted inclusive of all applicable taxes and Duties etc including GST & CESS. (ii) All materials, equipments & accessories must conform to relevant IS / IEC specifications. (iii) Necessary manufacturer's warranty certificate will have to be submitted during handover of the site.
