Supplying, fabricating and erecting in position bolted and/ or welded MS

grating (fabricated as per BPCL standard drawing) using MS flats in platforms,

stair case, catwalks, treads etc. along with railing pipes including cutting to

required size, shape, making hole of required size, making the edges smooth,

removing the burrs, manual cleaning/ wire brushing etc.,

PAINTING SPECIFICATIONS :

The cost includes surface preparation by manual cleaning/wire brushing etc..

1 After surafce preparation one coate of inorganic zinc silicate @ 65microns. 7500 Kg

Intermediate Coat:

One coat of epoxy high built micaceous iron oxide @ 100 microns.

Top Finish Coat :

2 coats of acrylic aliphatic polyeurethene @ 30 microns per coat.

Total DFT 225 microns minimum.

The rate includes the cost of materials, consumables, labour, tools and

plants,transportation, loading, unloading, machinery, safety

requirents,incidental charges if any, all complete.
