SCHEDULE 'A' PART- I, (BUILDINGS/STRUCTURES) Note:- This schedule is not pre-priced by MES and the pre-priced rate indicated as "Rs 0.00" under Col. 5 signifies this fact only.

Construction of incomplete/ balance items of works of ‘O’ Level Reccee Lab building in single storey, RCC framed structure complete all as shown on drawings and as specified. (i) The detail of incomplete items of works and their quantities are furnished as Appx 'A' to BOQ for purpose of guidance of tenderer only. (ii) Please note that NO claim whatsoever on any account of any errors/ inaccurancies on incomplete quantities given in Appx 'A' inserted by MES shall be entertained at a later. (iii) The tenderer shall workout incomplete/ balance items of works independently on visiting the site personally and quote their lumpsum amount accordingly for completion of buildings all as shown in drawings and as specified.

Design, supply, erect , test and commission of electrically operated overhead travelling crane 2 Ton capacity, Span 7.00 mtrs travel 25 Mtrs long, Hook height 4.50 mtrs from finished floor level, double girder construction with steel structural sections, electrical motors, gear boxes ,long/ cross travel /hoisting mechanism, operated from floor with pendent control movable independent of crab position including provision of track rail / square bar for a bay length of 25 Mtrs (Approx) for long travel, having hoist hook speed @ 3mtrs/min cross travel speed @ 10-12 mtrs/ min and longitudinal travel speed @ 12-15 mtrs / min including shrouded copper bus bar 415V 3 phase 4 wire of appropriate capacity including current collector, supporting brackets, insulators and other standard fixtures and fittings, carriage with double flanged cylindrical wheels, standard hook block, steel wire ropes, sheaves, necessary service platforms, ladders, suitable brakets for all motors, couplings, buffors , including all safety devices such as limit switches, alarm, guards, isolating switches, emergency stop button and interlocking, power and control cabling complete confirming to As per bureau of Indian Standard IS :800, IS : 807, IS :3177, IS:4137 specifications, all as specified and directed.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS (B/R PORTION) Rectification of defective items of works as listed below in building including Material & Labour related to existing E.S.D. (Electrostatic Dissipative) Floor with 2 layer comprising of Primer NitoPrime 25 of FOSROC or equivalent and under coat finished with 2 mm -3 mm thick Epoxy Resin based static Conductive Floor Topping Nitoflor SL Conductive of FOSROC as per BS 6319 or equivalent approved manufactures specification .ESD Floor shall have surface resistance in range 5x10^4 - 1x10^6 ohms. Copper strip/foil grid for anti Static epoxy based flooring shall be all as per manufactures specifications. Earthing required shall be measured and paid separately. The list of defective items are covered as under and the quoted shall be inclusive of following:- (a) Removal of existing defective antistic flooring using some mechanical means as instructed by the Engineer-In-Charge as per manufacturer's guidelines (b) After removal existing surfaces must be cleaned and even and free from all contaminants such as dirt, oil, grease etc. Repairs (blow holes/voids and surface levelling) to the substrate must be carried out using appropriate repair product of manufacturer's FOSROC or equivalent (c) Providing and applying two component epoxy resin based Flo Arm EPW 44 at a consumption of 0.150-250 Kg/m2 depending upon the surface, on well prepared concrete substrate, using roller/ trowel/ squeeze. Allow it dry overnight

(Item No 11.20 Contd-----) (d) Providing and applying Flo Arm CEMPO 2 or moisture barrier onto the primed substrate at a consumption of 2-2.15 Kg/m2 /mm. for 2mm thick apply approx. 4.3 Kg/m2 /mm. do not lay Cempo on dry primer, if primed surface is dried apply recoat of primer mixed density, K/l: approx. 2.15 Kg/l pot life @ 20 degree celcius : 25 minutes Thermal expansion coefficient per degree celcius : approx 15.1*10.6 (Temperture range 20 degree celcius to +60 degree celcius) (According to EN 1770) water absorption coefficient : approx. 0.02 Kg/m2 (e) Providing and applying application of Flo Arm Primer EP -epoxy penetrating primer for concrete surface, using brush or roller and allow to cure for 8-10 hrs (depending upon temperature) (f) M & L self adhesive copper tape of 25mm while wet. Fix copper tapes maintaining a grid of 3m x 3m . Spike shoes should be worn during the procs (g) Providing and applying epoxy resin based, seamless, abrasion resistant, dissipative undercoat Flo Arm SL Conductive Undercoat of surface resistance values ranging 3x10^3-9x10^3 Ohm. Allow it to dry. Providing and applying Epoxy resin based, seamless, self-levelling, Glossy, abrasion resistant, flooring product F/o Arm SL Conductive Top coat with a surface resistance value range 5x10^4-1x10^6 Ohm of desired colour @ 2.00 mm thick, complying to IS 9162 standared having the following technical paramiters: Sample cured for 28 day at 30 Degree Mixed density, Kg/m3 : approx 1.63

DEFECTIVE ITEMS (E/M PORTION) RELATED TO SCH 'A' PART-II, SITE CLEARANCE / AREA DEVELOPMENT AND EARTH WORK Rectifcation of defective items of works as listed below including material & labour related to RFR item description vide Srl Item No 05 of Sch'A' Part-II complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge. The list of defective items are covered as under and the quoted shall be inclusive of following:-. . (a) Returning, Filling in and ramming shall be carried out at various locations for PPR pipe line as well as LT/HT cables, using excavated soil available sideby/nearby (b) Any other minor / missing items required to complete the work to completely rectify the defect.

RELATED TO SCH 'A' PART-III, INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION Rectifcation of defective items of works as listed below including material and labour related to Point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed single core multistranded copper FRLS conductor cable 1100 volt grade drawn through in and including non metallic PVC conduit (ISI marked) of adequate size, concealed, for one light/ one fan point controlled by one switch including one 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper FRLS cable green in colour for earth continuity conductor and connected to earth dolly and to be terminated to modular flush metal boxes with modular cover with outer plates / inner plates etc as per requirement at site for mounting switches, sockets, fan regulators etc including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Modular cover plate and modular flush metal box shall be measured and paid separately) The list of defective items are covered as under and the quoted shall be inclusive of following:-. (a) Disconneting and removing of defective old wiring (2 runs and 1 Run for earthing complete. (b) Supply and fixing new wiring of 1.5 Sqmm of 3 Runs without any jointing in existing conduits (c) Connecting the new wiring with existing swtich and sockets including testing on complettion complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge (d) Any other minor / missing items required to complete the work to completely rectify the defect and make the point wiring functional.

Rectifcation of defective items of works as listed below including material and labour related to Point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed single core multistranded copper FRLS conductor cable 1100 volt grade drawn through in and including non metallic PVC conduit (ISI marked) of adequate size, concealed, for one 5 pin 5/6 Amps socket outlet point independent complete including one 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper FRLS cable green in colour for earth continuity conductor and connected to earth dolly and to be terminated to modular flush metal boxes with modular cover with outer plates / inner plates etc as per requirement at site for mounting for one 5 pin 5/6 amp socket out let point independent complete including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Modular cover plate and modular flush metal box shall be measured and paid separately). The list of defective items are covered as under and the quoted shall be inclusive of following:-. (a) Disconneting and removing of defective old wiring (2 runs and 1 Run for earthing complete. (a) Disconneting and removing of defective old wiring (2 runs and 1 Run for earthing complete. (Note : Two runs of 10 Sqmm cable, one run of 6 Sqmm earth continuity conductor and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one run length). The list of defective items are covered as under and the quoted shall be inclusive of following:- (a) Disconneting and removing of defective old sub main wiring (2 runs and 1 Run for earthing complete. (b) Supply and fixing new submain wiring of 6 Sqmm of 2 Runs and 1 Run 4 Sqmm without any jointing in existing conduits (c) Connecting the new submain wiring with existing control/DB including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge (d) Any other minor / missing items required to complete the work to completely rectify the defect and make the submain wiring functional. Rectification to defective items of works as listed below including material & Labour for related to sub main wiring with 4 runs (P-N) for single core 6 Sqmm (Normal area) stranded PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable 1100 V grade drawn through adequate size PVC non-metallic concealed conduit including 2X4 Sqmm (Nominal area) PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor green in colour for earth continuity conductor and connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Four runs of 6 Sqmm cable, two run of 4 Sqmm earth continuity conductor and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one run length). The list of defective items are covered as under and the quoted shall be inclusive of following:- (a) Disconneting and removing of defective old sub main wiring (4 runs and 2 Run for earthing complete. (b) Supply and fixing new submain wiring of 6 Sqmm of 4 Runs and 2 Run 4 Sqmm without any jointing in existing conduits (c) Connecting the new submain wiring with exsisting control/DB including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge (d) Any other minor / missing items required to complete the work to completely rectify the defect and make the submain wiring functional. (Note : Four runs of 6 Sqmm cable, two run of 4 Sqmm earth continuity conductor shall be measured as one run length.)

Rectification of defective items of works as listed below including material and material to related to TPN DB 4 way /8 way related items description vide Srl Item No 24 & 25 of Sch'A' Part-III complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. The list of defective items are covered as under and the quoted shall be inclusive of following:- (a) Disconneting and removing of defective old TPN DB 4 way/8 way. (b) Refixing of TPN DB 4way/8way and the make good by plastering/painting work including matching with existing surface properly complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. (c) Any other minor / missing items required to complete the work to completely rectify the defect and make the same functional.

RELATED TO SCH 'A' PART-VII, EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY Rectifcation of defective items of works as listed below including material & labour related to PPR pipe of size 50mm dia related to item description vide Srl Item No 01 of Sch'A' Part-VII complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge. The list of defective items are covered as under and the quoted shall be inclusive of following:-. (a) Removing old and providing new MS Clamping of existing PPR Pipe which are hanging at site of size 50 mm properly fixed to wall to a length of pipe 6m. (b) After completing clamping work the testing of PPR pipe line (c) Any other minor / missing items required to complete the work to completely rectify the defect and make the same functional.

RELATED TO SCH 'A' PART-VIII, EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY Rectifcation of defective items of works as listed below including material & labour related to PCC (1 : 2 : 4) coping related to item description vide Srl Item No 03 of Sch'A' Part-VIII for existing 06 nos of steel tubular swaged pole (9 mtr ) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge. The list of defective items are covered as under and the quoted shall be inclusive of following:-. (a) Demolition of defective coping & providing PCC (1 : 2 : 4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping of pole etc including necessary form work. (b) Any other minor / missing items required to complete the work to completely rectify the defect.

Rectifcation of defective items of works as listed below including material & labour related to item description vide Srl Item No 07 of Sch'A' Part-VIII Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge. The list of defective items are covered as under and the quoted shall be inclusive of following:-. (a) Removal of defective Cable jointing kit & providing new Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination cold shrinking type joint suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 Sqmm to 95 Sqmm (b) Any other minor / missing items required to complete the work to completely rectify the defect and make the same functional.

Rectifcation of defective items of works as listed below including material & labour related to Power transformer capacity 1000 KVA as installed vide Srl Item no 09 of Sch 'A' Part-VIII complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge. The list of defective items/left over items are covered as under and the quoted shall be inclusive of following:- (i) The level of transformer oil in conservator tank needs to topped up . (ii) After topping of oil the dielectric strength of transformer oil now low and hence dehydration of transformer including necessary top up needs to be carried out to maintain dielectric strength for new oil as per IS code. (iii) The breather complete with silica Gel needs to replaced. (iv) The Buchholz relay needs to be re-tested and re-calibrated on installation of RMU at site to ensure protection of transformer. (v) The transformer body has rusted at places and hence the transformer requires re-painting complete as per manufacturers instructions. (vi) As per the direction of CE (AF) Shillong Zone, SEI inspection to be carried out before charging / commissioning of HT installations. (vii) Any other minor / missing items required to complete the work to completely rectify the defect and make the same functional for power Transformer.

Rectifcation of defective items of works as listed below including material & labour related to weather proof twin core cable fixed vide Srl Item No 17 of Sch 'A' Part-VIII for existing 06 nos of steel tubular swaged pole (9 mtr ) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge. The list of defective items are covered as under and the quoted shall be inclusive of following:-. (a) Providing new Weather proof twin core cable with copper conductor of size 2.5 sqmm including removal of old defective wire. (b) Any other minor / missing items required to complete the work to completely rectify the defect and make the same functional.

Rectifcation of defective items of works as listed below including material & labour related to steel tubular swaged poles (9 mtrs long) installed / fixed vide Srl Item no 19 of Sch 'A' Part-VIII complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge. The list of defective items are covered as under and the quoted shall be inclusive of following:-. (i) The steel tubular street light poles need to be re-painted with one coat of red oxide primer after proper cleaning the pole surface and there after two coats aluminum paint is to be provided including black and yellow strip to about 1.5 Mtr above Ground . (ii) The wire for street light pole has been laid over the pole between pole box and street light. The same is required to be re done after making holes at suitable height for pass the connecting cable from inside the pole. (iii) Any other minor / missing items required to complete the work to completely rectify the defect.

Rectifcation of defective items of works as listed below including material & labour related to Earth continuity conductor of size 32 x 6mm GI Strip fixed vide Srl Item No 20 of Sch 'A' Part-VIII complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge. The list of defective items are covered as under and the quoted shall be inclusive of following:-. (a) Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten/ recess/cheses/buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or any other indicated place for loop earthing etc as required for 32 x 6 mm GI strip and removal of old defective earthing strip. (b) Any other minor / missing items required to complete the work to completely rectify the defect and make the same functional.

RELATED TO SCH 'A' PART-IX, LIGHTNING PROTECTION Rectifcation of defective items of works as listed below including material & labour related to Test point terminal block fixed vide Srl Item No 04 of Sch 'A' Part-IX complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge. The list of defective items are covered as under and the quoted shall be inclusive of following:-. Rectification of defective items of works as listed below including material and labour related to existing Chemical earthing with copper earth plate electrode of size 900 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top as of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to copper earth lead strip of size 32 mm x 6 mm upto test point by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers, earthing shall be filled with crystalline conductive material (CCM) both side the earth plate of 150 mm thick layer having non corrosive properties with back filling of soil after mixing of soil and enrichment chemical consisting of aluminum silicate (50 Kg min) all around the earth plate and CMM including earth work i.e excavation returning filling removal of excavated soil, providing PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 as per RCC cover (with 1:2:4 type B-1 reinforced with 6 mm dia MS bar @ 75 mm C/C both way and MS handle made out of MA bars) and 40 x 40 x 3 mm angle iron frame all as shown in SSR 2009 part-1 plate No 3 complete all as specified and directed. The list of defective items are covered as under and the quoted shall be inclusive of following:- (a) Painting to MS work on valve pit chambers to be provided with under coat of red oxide primer and two coat of synthetic enamel paint. (b) Any other minor / missing items required to complete the work to completely rectify the defect.

Rectification of defective items of works as listed below including material and labour related to diesel silent engine driven generating set 200 KVA (160KW), 415 V AC 3 ph 4 wire engine as per IS:10001/10002 and alternator set water/Air cooled ,vertical totally enclosed electric start, compression ignition ,4 stroke designed to run contineusly at 1500RPM conforming to IS:10001/10002,ISO-3046,BS-5514,DIN-6271 standard 50 Hz supply, (voltage regulation + 1 % of rated voltage from no load to full load with electronic regulator), 0.8 pf lagging complete with standard AMF control panel, sturdy welded channel iron common base frame both for prime mover and alternator, anti vibration pad and necessary RCC foundation etc all as specified by manufacturer and as specified in Annexure 'A' here-in-before. The list of defective items are covered as under and the quoted shall be inclusive of following:- (i) Servicing complete with replacement of fuel filter, oil filter, Coolent, Rubber hoses & engine oil etc. (ii) The complete control wiring needs to be checked including replacement of defective parts if any. Rectification of defective items of works as listed below including material and labour related to existing Special Power Supply equipment comprising of static voltage/frequency convertor suitable for 15KVA,3 phase 400 HZ capacity, UPS converter 10 KVA capacity 3 phase input & one phase output, Isolation transformer of 10 KVA, output 380 Volt, AC 50 HZ, 3 Phase & Rectifier 5.6 KW 28 V DC suitable for input voltage of 415+5 % V 3 Phase 50 HZ, 3 Phase complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. The list of defective items are covered as under and the quoted shall be inclusive of following:- (1) The earth connection to be done done to the specified copper earth strip pertaining to SPS as most of SPS equipment have 3 Phase supply. (2) Testing on load for the all the equipment needs to be done in presence of user rep, company rep, contractor & Engineer in charge. (a) For 5.6 kw DC Rectifier.
