OVERHAULING MAINTENANCE OF WINDOW TYPE AIR CONDITIONERS AND ALLIED WORKS OF CERTAIN SHOP FLOORS AND OTHER LOCATIONS AT NAVAL DOCKYARD VISAKHAPATNAM

Material and labour for servicing/maintenance of window type air conditioner 1.5 / 2.0 tonne capacity in situ by cleaning of complete cooling coil, condenser unit, air blower units, air filter, grills with required chemical solution and using forced air blower or vacume cleaner, complete checking serviceability of electrical circuit of unit, airblower unit, condenser, cooling coil, thermostat, copper tubings, including replacement of unserviceable spares such as relays, capacitors, thermostat, wiring kit, screws, nuts, bolts & washers and testing complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) Spares require for replacement for minor repair as mentioned shall be measured and paid as supply only under appropriate item of this schedule and labour charges shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate of this item. (ii) Screws, nuts, bolts & washers shall be inclusive of quoted rate and no extra measurement shall be made. (iii) Items require for major repair shall be measured and paid as M&L under appropriate item of this schedule and rate shall be exclusive of quoted rate of this item. Make of AC- Blue Star, Voltas, Feeder Lloyed, Shriram Usha & Carrier (iv) Contrator will provide Jenny/Manuplator and rate shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate of this item.

Supply only Capacitor 36 to 50 mfd Window Air Conditioner of 1.5 /2.0 Ton cap suitable for AC Make-Blue Star, LG, Hitachi, Voltas & Samsung, Shriram Usha, Feeder Lloyed & Carrier whichever applicable complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 2.00 above but for Capacitor 6 mfd

All as per item No. 2.00 above but for Capacitor 1.5/ 2.5/ 4 mfd

All as per item No. 2.00 above but for Conderser / evaporator fan blade as per existing make.

All as per item No.2.00 above but for Remote control unit as per original make complete with 2 Nos Duracell battery

All as per item No. 2.00 above but for Thermostat switch complete

All as per item No. 2.00 above but for PVC mesh filters suitable as per existing size.

Supply & fix new company sealed rotary / reciprocating compressor unit suitable for Window type AC with required nuts, bolts & washers, connecting necessary copper tubings by gas welding, gas charging with R-22, replacement of necessary capilary tube and drier filter after dismentling/taking out existing unserviceable/burnt compressor unit from the Window type Air Conditioner 1.5/2.0 ton cap in situ and and testing after completion to entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge suitable for AC make-Blue Star, LG, Hitachi, Voltas, carrier & Samsung whichever applicable. Note: (i) Compressor unit shall be 1st quality with compitable model and make of compressor shall be as recommended by the manufacturer of AC. (ii) Gas charging shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of this schedule.

Supply & fix new blower motor, 230V, with required nuts, bolts & washers, connecting necessary wires, fixing of fan complete after dismentling / taking out existing unserviceable / burnt blower motor unit from the outdoor unit of Window type airconditioner 1.5/2.0 ton cap in situ suitable for Window AC make-Blue Star, LG, Carrier, Voltas & Samsung whichever applicable and testing after completion to entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge and user unit.

M&L for rewinding of blower motor, 230V, HP of 1.5/2.0 TR window AC, after dismentling from the AC unit, transportation to civil worksop at outside ND (V) and return after repair, reinstall, testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix louvers swing motor suitable for Window AC 1.5/2.0 ton cap in situ as per existing make and compitable model, necessary electrical connection after dismentling / taking out existing unserviceable unit suitable for AC make-Blue Star, LG, Carrier, Voltas & Samsung whichever applicable and testing after completion to entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge and user unit.

Supply and fix condenser coil unit of window type AC of cap 1.5/2.0 ton cap in situ as per existing make and competable model, connecting necessary copper tubings by gas welding, gas charging with R-22 after dismentling / taking out existing unserviceable condenser unit suitable for AC Make-Blue Star, Voltas, Feeder Lloyed, LG & Carrier whichever applicable and testing after completion to entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge. Note: Gas charging shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of this schedule.

Supply and fix cooling coil unit of window type AC of cap 1.5/2.0 ton cap in situ as per existing make and competable model, connecting necessary copper tubings by gas welding, gas charging with R-22 after dismentling / taking out existing unserviceable coling coil unit suitable for AC Make-Blue Star, Voltas, Feeder Lloyed, LG & Carrier whichever applicable and testing after completion to entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge. Note: Gas charging shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of this schedule.

Material and labour for Repairs to defective PCB of 1.5 / 2.0 Tonne capacity Window Air conditioner, transporting to civil worshop at outside ND(V) and return after repair, replacement of necessary electronic spares like IC, diod, resisters, transformer etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F new PCB of existing make and model in 1.5 / 2 T Window AC and connecting up complete incl taking down old unserviceable one and complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for refrigerant gas charging for Window AC of 1.5 Tr / 2.0 Tr capctiy with R-22 gas after proper cleaning of pipe lines with carbon tetra chloride and flushing with Nitrogen, complete leakage test, including replacement of liquide line filter, capillary tube, required soldering/brazing/gas welding to attaing proper cooling level to entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Top up of R 22 refrigerant gas complete all as specified and as directed. (Make : Mafron-22 /Floron-22)

Supply and fix AC stand as per existing window AC Model including dismantling taking down unserviceable one one complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix base plate made with 2 mm thick CRCA sheet bend to shape, drilling holes for mounting accesories as per existing window AC Model, painting with one coat of red oxide and two coats of synthetic enamel paint at both side including dismantling taking down unserviceable complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing sweating water tray as per existing one including dismantling taking down unserviceable complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing PVC flexible hose pipe 15 mm dia with suitable saddles, screws including dismantling taking down unserviceable PVC pipes as per existing height complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and laying of 25 mm outer dia CPVC pipes SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings on walls/ceiling or laying in floors including dismantling taking down unserviceable PVC pipes complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and laying of 32 mm outer dia of CPVC pipes SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings on walls/ceiling or laying in floors including dismantling taking down unserviceable PVC pipes complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for dismentling unserviceable voltage stabiliser 4 & 5 KVA any make/model for repair, transporting to civil workshop at outside ND (V), replacement of relays, electronic voltage sensor, circuit and meter, micro switch, indicating light, RC filter, and other connected items for making functional and rewinding of transformer unit with suitable size of super enamelled coper wire, heating, vernishing and return after repair, reinstall, testing complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for surface wiring with 2 x 6 sqmm (Nominal area) single core PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volt grade multi stranded FRLSH Copper conductor cable drawn through in and including PVC Conduit medium grade or PVC casing capping with all fittings and accessories alongwith one single core green colour PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volt grade multi stranded FRLSH Copper conductor cable of size 4 sqmm as earth lead and connected to earth dolly incl dismantling taking down old unserviceable wiring and making good to disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. Notes: (a) Two run of cable with one run of earth wire and one run of conduit will be measured as one length.

Taking down unserviceable metal clad socket, supply and fix single pole and neutral sheet metal enclosure with 2 pin and earth plug socket with plug top and one MCB SP 20 to 32 Amps complete all as specified and as directed. (Make : Schneider Electric/ Legrand / ABB/L&T)

Taking out the defective/burnt single phase MCB from industrial socket, supply and fix new MCB single pole 20 Amps 10 KA breaking capacity of 'C' series complete all as specified and as directed. (Make : Schneider Electric/ Legrand / ABB/L&T)
