25.1:Providing and supplying aluminium extruded tubular and other aluminium sections as per the architectural drawings and approved shop drawings , the aluminium quality as per grade 6063 T5 or T6 as per BS 1474,including super durable powder coating of 60-80 microns conforming to AAMA 2604 of required colour and shade as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge. ( The item includes cost of material such as cleats, sleeves, screws etc. necessary for fabrication of extruded aluminium frame work. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account).

OD372707/2024-2025:Supplying and fixing at site Aluminium Composite Panels (ACP) of approved make and colour certified for exterior applications, 4mm thickness with 28 to 30mm microns PVDF coating confirming to ASTM standard with top aluminium skin of 0.25mm and with a bottom aluminium skin of 0.25mm with service coating of polyester paint, laminated to a centre core of 2.5mm single recycled low density polyethylene material. The panels shall be cut to sizes of required grid dimensions with the site condition. The panel shall be fixed on pre-fabricated frame work using 38mm*25mm*1mm thick Aluminium extruded sections of approved make joined with standard cleats and fasteners. The gaps formed between the panels shall be sealed with silicone sealant. The rate inclusive of cost and conveyance of all materials labour for erection, hire charges of scaffolding etc. complete.
