OD249406/2024-2025:Filling up pot holes (cut and formed to regular shapes and all loose and defective materials removed) after supplying a prime coat of hot bitumen using 36mm departmental broken stone and compacting with power roller to get a compact surface.

OD249270/2024-2025:Providing pre mix bitumen leveling coarse having thickness between 20mm and 40mm with 12mm deptl metal by spreading the metal to line and levels and rolling until the compacted coarse aggregate has a firm surface and applying hot bitumen (vg 30) with pressure sprayer at the rate of 48 Kg per M3 metal including all cost of bitumen conveyance heating mixing spreading in appropriate locations to proper levels compacting with power roler and other sundry stores.

OD249602/2024-2025:Providing 40mm premixed chipping carpet over existing Bituminous surface with departmental broken stones after thoroughly cleaning the base with wire brushes, brooms and applying a priming coat of hot bitumen @ 2.50 Kg/ 10 m2 and spreading the hot premix of 0.32 m3 of 24mm, 0.22 m3 of 12mm departmental metal mixed with 22.08 Kg of bitumen per 10m2, rolling to dense surface, then spreading the seat coat comprising 0.09m3 of 6mm metal mixed with 8.64 Kg of of bitumen per 10m2 and rolling again including cost of bitumen, fuel, hire charges machinery etc complete (Total usage of bitumen 33.22 Kg per 10 m2) (IRC 3.4.2)

OD251940/2024-2025:Providing and laying 80 mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M - 30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of 6mm aggregates, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

2.8.1:Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) /manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.All kinds of soil

4.1.8:Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level:1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

4.1.3:Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level:1:2:4 (cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III)derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

OD178178/2025-2026:Taking out existing old uneven CC interlocking paver blocks and re-laying cement concrete interlocking paver blocks of any design/ shape laid in required line, level, curvature, colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of 6mm aggregates, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
