Providing, laying and rolling of built-up spray grout layer over prepared base consisting of a one layer composite construction of crushed coarse aggregates using motor grader for aggregates. Key stone chips spreader may be used with application of bituminous binder after each layer, and with key aggregates placed on top of the single layer to serve as a base, conforming to the line, grades and cross-section specified, the compacted layer thickness being 75mm (Seventy five millimetre) as per Technical Specification Clause 505 as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental. The rate inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government and rectifying defects noticed within two years as per clause 35 (III) of standard bidding document.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.225 kgs (Zero decimal Two Two Five kilogramms) per square metre on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 503 and as per direction of Engineer-Incharge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental. The rate inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government and rectifying defects noticed within two years as per clause 35 (III) of standard bidding document.

Providing and laying 30mm (Thirty milimetres) thick bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP (Hot Mix Plant) producing an average output of 75 tonnes (Seventy five) tonne per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-10 (Viscosity grade-Ten) @ 5.5% (Five point Five) percent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-Incharge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government and rectifying defects noticed within two years as per clause 35 (III) of standard bidding document.
