Repairs To Sofa Set 4/5 seater FD-281: Removing of worn out upholstery & U Foam and S&F new U- foam cushion (ISI Marked) 40 Density of size as per Drg including long cloth lining inside and new tapestry cloth cover as per sample and shade in consultation with users duly stitched and provided with nylon zip complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Each cushion with tapestry cover shall be measured and paid as one unit. (ii) The cost of tapestry cloth shall not be less than Rs 250/- per metre.

Removing the existing broken/damaged arms of sofa and S&F new arms of existing size and shape, made out of well seasoned first class teak wood, including polishing to glossy finish as shown on drawing complete all as specified and as directed. Note:-(i)Each arm will be measured and paid as one unit. (ii)Tightening of sofa frame wherever required shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted.

Removing the existing broken/damaged legs of sofa and S&F new legs of existing size and shape, made out of well seasoned first class teak wood, including polishing to glossy finish as shown on drawing complete all as specified and as directed. Note:-(i)Each leg will be measured and paid as one unit. (ii)Tightening of sofa frame wherever required shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted.

Removing the existing broken/damaged battens and S&F new battens of sofa of existing size and shape, made out of well seasoned first class teak wood, including polishing to glossy finish as shown on drawing complete all as specified and as directed. Note :-(i) Each batten will be measured and paid as one unit. (ii)Tightening of sofa frame wherever required shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted.

Prepare the existing surface of wooden furniture of any description by applying sand paper, removing the stains and filling the bore holes, cracks by putting bees wax and chalk powder etc, and apply french polish with rose wood / walnut colour stainer to the exposed surface and Polishing shall be uniform and glossy finish for sofa set FD-281 complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of worn out tapestry cloth and provide new tapestry cloth for cushions of 40 D size as per existing pattern duly stitched along with zip facility complete all as specified and as directed. Note :-The cost of tapestry cloth shall not be less than Rs 250/- per metre.

CHAIR REVOLVING EXECUTIVE HIGH BACK MAKE GODREJ SERIES(PCH-7001): Removing the unserviceable moulded cushion of seat and back with tapestry cover and S&F new moulded cushion of seat and back of 30 density with new tapestry cloth of quality and shade as approved to match the original complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Cost of tapestry cloth shall not less than Rs 250.00 Per mtr. (ii) Each chair (seat and back) measured as single unit

Removing the unserviceable and worn out gas lift/hydraulic assembly system and S&F new gas lift/hydraulic assembly system to match the original complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing the unserviceable/broken Pedestal assembly and S&F new Pedestal assembly to match the original complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing the existing broken castor wheel from chair revolving and sS&F new castor wheels to match the original complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing the broken arm rest from chair revolving and S&F new arm rest as approved to match the original complete all as specified and as directed.

Note :- (i) Cost of tapestry cloth shall not less than Rs 250.00 Per mtr. (ii) Each chair (seat and back) measured as single unit

Removing the unserviceable handle special writing pad and S&F new special writing pad as per TP complete all as specfied an as directed.

Chair arms with cushioned (T/P): Removing the existing old unserviceable worn out/tornout seat and back cushion with tapestry cover and ply board from the chair writing cushioned and replacing the same by cushion 32 density duly covered with tapestry cloth of superior quality not less that Rs 300/- per meter of approved colour and providing PVC beading all around as approve complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Each chair (seat and back) measured as single unit

Removing the existing old unserviceable arm complete from the chairs writing cushioned, supply an fix new arm left or right as per existing arm complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Each arm (left or right) measured as single unit

Welding the exiting perished out portions of chair writing with gas welding to bring it to its original shape all shown on drawing complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of old painted steel surfaces of chair writing by scrapping with emery paper, cleaning, redusting and apply one coat of synythetic enamel paint of black shade of approve quality complete all as specified and as directed.

Chair visitor with arms (T/P): Removing old/torned unserviceable cushion with tapestry cloth from seat of chair visitor with arms S&F new cushion 32 density with new tapestry cloth with lining cloth inside of required size and shape complete all as specified and as directed Note: Cost of tapestry cloth shall not be less than Rs 300/- per meter of approved colour.

Removing of unserviceable hand rest of chair visitor with arms and S & F new hand rest required shape and size as per drawing complete all as specified and as directed.

Repairing the detoriated/ damaged portion of chair visitor with arms by cutting and providing new steel frame of roundded pipe by welding of required length and shape and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Chair Steel Padded with arms 7003 D: Removing the unserviceable moulded cushion of seat and back with tapestry cover and S&F new moulded cushion of seat and back of 30 density with new tapestry cloth of quality and shade as approved to match the original complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Cost of tapestry cloth shall not less than Rs 250.00 Per mtr. (ii) Each chair (seat and back) measured as single unit.

Removing the broken arm rest from chair steel padded and S&F new arm rest as approved to match the original complete all as specified and as directed

Removing of rusted leg and S&F new leg made out of 35mm square MS tube 1.6mm wall thick by welding including preparing the new steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (first quality) over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed

Table Computer Make Godrej Companion C-3: Removing unserviceable/ worn out components of Table Top and S&F new table top of 18 mm thick pre-laminated particle board, exterior grade, both side lamination along with appropriate new screws 'L' clamps and new component with beading as per the existing (shade as that of component removed) and all cut ends of laminated sheet to be sealed by laminated beading complete all as specified and as directed.

Bed Hard (Steel) without MNF (FD/E6/MAP/08(R): Removing dents and bends and welding wherever required for Bed Hard(Steel) including scrapping the old painted surfaces and removing existing paint on surfaces with chemical /aerosal spray and preperation of bed surfaces after applying putty and applying spray painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of Colour Black over red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed Note :-Bed Hard(Steel) as a whole shall be measured as single unit.

Removing existing unserviceable plywood and S&F of 12 mm thick commercial plywood BWR grade (ISI marked) and conforming to IS 303 , for Bed Hard(Steel) of size as per drawing complete all as specified and as directed

Charpoy for ORs :- Drg CWE/AF/61/11: Removing dents and bends and welding wherever required for Charpoy for ORs including scrapping the old painted surfaces and removing existing paint on surfaces with chemical /aerosal spray and preperation of charpoy surfaces after applying putty and applying spray painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of Colour Black over red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed . Note : Charpoy as a whole shall be measured as single unit.

Removing existing unserviceable plywood and S&F of 12 mm thick commercial plywood BWR grade (ISI marked) and conforming to IS 303, for Charpoy ORs of size as per drawing complete all as specified and as directed

Chair CB steel with Arms :-FD 75(M) Removing the existing unserviceable seat & back from chair and S& F and welding of 04 Nos MS Flat Angle (02 each on seat and 02 each on back ) as directed and fixing it with and including new moulded cushion of size 75mm for seat and 50 mm for back of Density 30 with tapestry cloth, quality and shade as approved including Seat and back supported by 6mm thick Commercial Plywood BWR Grade (ISI marked) (Beneath cushion) and fixed with GI bolts and nuts 6 mm dia 45 mm long with washers 3mm thick duly drilled 8 holes per chair and scrapping the old painted surfaces and removing existing paint on surfaces with chemical /aerosal spray including preperation of Chair CB steel surfaces after applying putty , spray painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of Colour Black over red oxide primer and removing existing Arms and S&F of new PVC moulded arms (02 arms) for each chair complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) Each chair (seat & back) shall be measured as one unit.

Bed Plywood Top:- FD-246/247. Removing the unserviceable ply wood from bed top, tighten the frame S&F 12mm thick ply wood BWR grade (ISI Marked) as shown on drawing complete all as specified and as directed

Removing unserviceable long rail and S&F new long rail made out of seasoned First class hard wood (teak), made to shape as shown on drg complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Each long rail shall be measured as one unit.

Removing existing damaged head board from bed and S&F new head board as shown on drg complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Each head board shall be measured as one unit.

Removing existing damaged foot board from bed and S&F new foot board as shown on drg complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Each foot board shall be measured as one unit.
