Diesel Generator Set: Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of 3 phase 415 volts 50 cycle per second 1500 RPM radiator cooled by water with fan etc.Diesel Generator Sets of rating as below. The engine shall be 4 stroke and shall include flywheel to suit flexible coupling with guard, stainless steel bellow, air cleaner, blower fan, fuel pump, electronic variable speed governor, fuel filter, lub oil filter & pump, dynamo, 24 volt batteries,180 AH, C-10 Lead acid type, battery stand, battery cable along with fuel tank hand pump and engine controller comprising of switch with key, 990 ltrs day oil tank , fuel pipeing from day tank to DG Set, residential silencer etc. as required. The alternator shall be self excited , self regulated and continuously rated as below suitable for 3 phase 415 volts 50 cycles, 4 wire system and shall be provided with brushless excitation unit, Alternator insulation shall be class 'H' suitable to withstand tropical conditions and shall generally comply with BS 5000 and IS 4722 and suitable for working on AMF Panels, complete with Droop CT's etc. The overload capacity shall not be less than 110% of rated capacity for 1 hour in every 12 hours. The alternator shall be with suitable Cable extension box fabricated out of 14 SWG MS CRCA sheet , duly painted, in addition to standard terminal box for termination of 3.5C x 300 Sq.mm, LT Power cables, as required. The DG set shall be mounted on a fabricated rigid common base frame with resilient anti-vibration mountings to provide 98% vibration isolation. The DG set shall include all accessories, fittings and instrument complete as per specifications and as required. The entire D.G. Set shall be housed in Sound & Weatherproof accoustic enclosure , suitable for indoor duty, as per Central Pollution Control Board norms and as per Technical Specifications. Approval of operation of D.G. Sets from CEA. All payments towards fees / registration charges shall be made by NISER and receipts shall be got prepared in the favour of authorities making payments. Rates for above activities, shall be inclusive of preparation of layout drawings, follow up of necessary applications , liason with all Govt. bodies for approvals .Day Fuel Tank: Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 990 liters capacity Day Fuel Tanks, fabricated from 3 mm thick M.S. sheets including the cost of removable cover with locking arrangement, painting and also providing all the required appurtenances like inlet and outlet connections, float valves, drain connection, overflow connection to oil sump, mechanical oil level indicator and including the cost of support arrangement etc. complete as required. Exhaust Piping: Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 100 mm dia ( I/D) MS exhaust piping, heavy duty class-B complete with all accessories such as bends flanges, flexible connections at a suitable distance etc. and insulated with75 mm thick layer of LRB rock wool having 150 kg/m3 density, cladding with 26 gauge aluminium sheet all-round the exhaust pipe complete as required at site ( Exhaust piping shall be provided upto 4.5 m above substation building height ), as per CPCB norm including fixing of residential grade silencers, flexible bellows complete as per instruction of EIC ..

Supply, installation, balancing and commissioning factory fabricated 1.25 mm thick GSS sheet metal rectangular/round ducting complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, elbows, splitter dampers, vanes, hangers, supports etc. as per approved drawings and specifications of following sheet thickness complete as required.

MS Fabrication : Supply, fabrication and installation of supports using MS channel/angle / flat as per specification.Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer & colour all complete.

AMF Panel: SITC of AMF panel with 1) 1 No. 800 A TPN On load change over switch (for AMF panel bypass). 2) 2 Nos. 800 A, 4 pole MCCB with separate neutral link for Mains & DG set incomer (Including power contactor). 3) 800 A TPN tinned copper bus bar with colour coded PVC insulation sleeves. 4) Other power and control equipments. M.V.Cables Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 1.1 KV grade PVC/XLPE insulated, inner sheath PVC tapped, extruded outer sheath PVC, GI strip / wire amoured, multistranded / aluminium conductor power cable confiming to IS : 1554 part I with upto date amendments, fixed on wall/column/slab/false ceiling or in existing hume pipe/trench/ shaft/pit/ on 5mm thick M.S. flat /GI spacer/angle/ support fixed with coach screws/grouted in wall/anchor fasteners 2mm. thick G.I. Fabricated saddle, all fixing accessories, etc complete including painting of M.S spacers/angles and saddles 3.5C X 300 sq.mm. Al.stranded FRLS XLPE cable in existing cable tray

End Joints End jointing of following sizes of cable by crimping with supply of all jointing materials like solderless tinned copper cable socket, double compression cable glands, gland earthing, insulation tape, flux, duplicate interconnection between gland earthing strip & to the nearest earthing bus terminals as per the drawings, specifications and as per the instructions of the Engineer-in-charge.3.5C X 300 sq.mm.
