FURNISHING WORKS - A. BANKING AREA - Glazed door : Providing and fixing entrance door using 12 mm toughned glass including floor springs with all necessary patches and Glass to glass lock round type (w/o cut out) patches for hanging the toughned glass ,etc complete. The door should have SS 'H'-type (25x425mm)door handles on both sides. All Edges of the glass to be polished and Provide Rubber beading, The emblem and sticker works are as per the detailed drawing.

Frameless glazing:- Providing and fixing frame less glazing using 12 mm toughned glass with all necessary patches for hanging the toughned glass as per detailed drawing. The emblem and etching works are as per the detailed drawing.

Full height Partition both side lamination :- Providing full height partitions with hard wood frames of size 5 x 5 cm vertically and horizontally at 60 cms spacing, or at closer intervals as per site conditions, 6 mm BWR 303 grade ply and 1 mm laminate (in two colours as per design) of approved make on both sides of partition and provision for access doors wherever required in matching pattern .

Half glazed and half paneled full height partition:- Providing full height partitions with hard wood frames of size 5 x 5 cm vertically and horizontally at 60 cms spacing, or at closer intervals as per site conditions, 6 mm BWR 303 grade ply and 1 mm laminate (in colours as per design) on both sides upto100 cms high, glazing from +100 to 210 cms level with 12 mm bevelled glass with emblem and sticker works and door. Glazing to be in big panels as per design wherever required. Glass to be fixed with polished decorative teak wood beadings.Necessary holes must be made in the frame sections to run the wires ,computer cables wherever necessary. Similarly necessary cutting to be made in the plywood surface to fix switch boxes of electrical, telephone sockets,computer information outlets etc. Door to be done in same manner. Size: 75cmx210 cm with Cylindrical locks, SS Tower bolt , SS Hinges, door closure & stopper. (Measurment for payment only up to bottom of false ceiling. Main section of partition will go up to the bottom of RCC slab)

Full height partition one side mica:- Providing full height partitions with hard wood frames of size 5 x 5 cm vertically and horizontally at 60 cms spacing, or at closer intervals as per site conditions, 6 mm BWR 303 grade ply and 1 mm laminate (in colours as per design) on one side and 2 coat enamel painting over one coat primer on other side.wooden preservative to be applied on the wooden frame before fixing the plywood.Providing provision for access doors wherever required in matching pattern. Necessary holes must be made in the frame sections to run the wires ,computer cables wherever necessary. Similarly necessary cutting to be made in the plywood surface to fix switch boxes of electrical, telephone sockets,computer information outlets etc. Door to be done in same manner with vision panel of size 45 X 45. Door Size: 90cm x 210 cm with Cylindrical locks,SS Tower bolt, SS Hinges, door closure & stopper.

Hollow Core Drywall partition:- Providing & fixing Everest hollow core drywall system using 51mm wall framing systems as core with 10mm thick Fibre cement boards fixed according to company specifications including additional frames for fixing doors. The partition should withstand its weight. The joints shall be finished with putty to appear jointless. The partition shall be finished with good quality a coat of primer 2 coat painting etc.complete. The partition shall be extended upto true ceiling or bottom of beam.

Low height partition:- Providing and fixing 120 cms high partition with wooden frame of size 5 x 5 cm vertically and horizontally at 60 cms spacing, or at closer intervals as per site conditions.6 mm BWR 303 grade ply wood and 1 mm laminate (in 3 colours) on both sides upto + 90 cms level, 12 mm plain glass with slits, etching and edge polishing from + 90 to + 120 cms level, .Glass to be fixed with polished wood beadings. Access doors with 7.5 x 4 cm hard wood frames matching with fixed partition, locks all best quality fittings, brass hinges etc. to be provided where requied. Exposed sides of hardwood frames to be covered with 6 mm marine ply and 1 mm laminate.necessary provision for electrical switches may be provided.

Front Glass:-Providing and fixing 12 mm plain glass with edge polishing. Glass to be fixed with polished wood beadings.The emblem and sticker works are as per the detailed drawing.

Semi glazed Aluminium door : Providing and fixing door using 10 mm glass and Particle board. 100x40x2.4mm (1.867kg/m) aluminium section on 4 side and middile up to 120cm height including all best quality hardware, brass hinges,mortice lock with cylindrical lock etc;. complete

Panelling:- Providing panelling to walls and pillars with 5x3 cm wooden frames at 60 cm c/c horizontally and vertically, 12 mm marine ply and 1 mm laminate, as required etc. complete. Lamination to be in 3 colours as per design.
