Top Decorative bracket made in combination of GI pipe sections 60mm dia.(vertical), gradually bent 60mm dia. pipe to get 1200 mm horizonal arm length & pleasing aesthetics. Decorative cast iron base should be provided with a flush door of height 322mm, width 153mm and Depth 31mm. Decorative Ring-1(140mm/114mm-5.2kgs.), Ring-2 (114mm/89mm4.08kgs.) & Ring-3 (89mm/60mm-4.1kgs.)are made of cast iron. Decorative elements comprising Shankh, Chakra, Nama are mounted at the top of the pole, and CNC-cut RMC logo in the decorative panel,Logo to be prominently illuminated and visible during night time, precisely laser-cut from Mild Steel with a Minimum Thickness of 4mm. All cast iron parts weight mentioned are with +/- 5% tolerance. Entire pole including all the cast iron parts shall be made to provide pleasing aesthetics as approved by Concerned Engineer in-charge. Entire Pole should be shot blasted for the effective adhesion of 3layer coating so as to avoid the corrosion. The pole should be provided with an inbuilt junction box with 1No. 32A Heavy Duty Stud type connector and 1No. 6A SP MCB, at the bottom - the inbuilt box should have a flush door of suitable size. The decorative pedastal to be mounted on a suitable size steel plate. This mounting steel plate along with foundation bolts of suitable size to be used for ensuring firm grouting into the specially designed RCC foundation. wind pressure calculation as per IS 875(part-3) & structural calculation report as per EN40 should be submitted to verify the pole design.
