Manual loading flat /arm trolly, transportation by track and haulage and unloading of all parts from E9 TG/ 4th- 6th dip to D19 TG between 9th and 10 rise ,including resistance box , base, gearbox ,clifton pulley, motor, ,analysis For base: 6 unskilled manshift x 3 shift= 18manshift . For resistance box: 6 unskilled Manshift x 3 shift=18 Manshift For clifton pulley: 6 unskilled Manshiftx 2shift=12 Manshift, for motor : 6 unskilled manshift x2 shift = 12manshift, For gearbox : 4 unskilled manshift x 2 shift : 8 manshift Total:18 + 18+ 12+12+ 8= 68 unskilled manshift

Loading at surface and transportation , unloading and laying of 22 mm rope, length 1500m ,Analysis Manshift required, 8 unskilledmanshift x 4shift= 32.

loading ,transportation, unloading and layout of Lighting cables,& power cable, audio and signaling cable from E9 BG/4th dip rise to D19 TG /9th rise. Analysis 6 unskilled manshift x 4shift = 24 manshift required.

Cleaning & floor and side cutting/dressing in D19 tg/ between 9th -10 dip jn ,(a) cleaning 4 x3x0.30 = 3.60m³

(b)floor 4 x 3 x 0.40= 4.8m³

(c) side dressing = 8x2.9 x 0.40= 9.28m³

P.C.C Work 1:2:4 ( 1 Cement: 2 Course Sand Zone III : 4 grade stone aggregate 40mm normal size . 4 X3 X 0.4 (avg.)= 4.8 m³
