Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick, concrete or stone walls or ceiling including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. and removal of rubbish off complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n. exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing the demolished material to a distance exc. 250 m but not exceeding 500m and depositing where directed complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of chain link fencing of any description fixed to any type of fencing posts complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion from concrete, brick work, masonry, etc. and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brickwork of stone/ boulder masonry, build in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) on stone masonry surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing precast reinforcement cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) in landings, cover slabs (for man holes, drain etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces, set in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for TMT bars 6 mm to 8mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including bending, cranking etc. and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in sub base floor/ floors and paving etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in sub base for tiles in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 40mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B0 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rubber moulded machine pressed PCC interlocking paver block conforming to IS 15658-2006 of size 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade with grey cement and pigment laid dry over and including 25mm thick screed river washed sand cushion as in floor, shape and colour as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 10 to 12 mm thick vitrified unglazed and unpolished, scratch resistant, matt finished coloured tiles (square/ rectangular) of size not less than 300mm x 300mm as in parking/ hardstanding etc. including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4, set, jointed in cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour/ shades of tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in kerb, solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new concrete surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F angles in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surface of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (1st quality) over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs galvanized 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.20 to 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs @ 75-85 mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Each line wire shall be measured.

Restraining resecuring including making good galvanized 2 strand steel barbed wire and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Each line wire shall be measured.

S&F in repair galvanised steel punched tape concertina coil of 1050mm dia (dia of coil when unstretched) (weight of the concertina coil not less than 14 Kg and opening length should be 8.0m) and fixed to angle iron post/ struts with 3.15mm dia GI wire complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n. exc. 0.5 cum each, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earh around, in layers n. exc. 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n. exc. 50m and making good surfaces in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F MS flat iron for securing the chain link fencing including necessary drilling for holes, cutting, punching, bending etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 5 to 10mm dia mild steel bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square head at one end and screwed the other with washers and one hexagonal or square nut exc. 10 cm long complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only 10 mm dia round bars in available lengths complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only mild steel galavanized chain link fenciing of 3.15 mm dia of wire and 100mm x 100mm mesh size complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for walling of squared rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 29 above but except stone complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge . Note:- Old stones obtained from demolition shall be reused under this item.

M&L for stone jalli of 35-40mm thick in any size and in side shape with asthetic view complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for providing sand stone pillars with asthetic view in two sides as approved by Engineer-in-charge to fix stone jali of 35-40mm thick, size not less than 0.10m x 0.10m x 0.90m, including chamfers weatherings, throating etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregeates) as louvres and jallies, 25mm thick (measured solid), set in CM (1:6) including all mouldings and demolition and removal of old material from site but excluding frame work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregeates) as in pillars with jafari of size not less than 0.10m x 0.10m x 0.90m with plain fair faces, including chamfers weatherings, throating etc. and setting in cement mortar (1:6) complete with joints to match complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats exterior weather proof water base emulsion paint, over a coat of chalk whiting complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for and removing from site complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered, framework of water tanks, manhole cover frame work and similar work conforming to Fe.290. grade E-165 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
