SCHEDULE `A' ( CIVIL WORK) Taking down existing roof treatment ( water proofing membrane etc ) including screed bed complete from roof surfcaes incluidng parapets and lowering and removing the same to a distance exc 50 mtr and n.exc 100 mtr incluidng roughening of old concrete surfcaes of roof by wire brushing and cleaning the surfaces to remove all loose dust, etc complete all as dirceted.

Material and labour for 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layers in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound @ 200 ml per bag of cement or as per manufacturers instruction in order to maintain proper slope over existing roof surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement for receiving treatment complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for water proofing treating to RCC roof with providing and applying single component acrylic polymer modified, fibre reinforced waterproof coating Roof Guard in 4 coats of application:- (a) apply primer coat with primer @ 0.3 Kg /sqm, (b) Over primer coat apply water proofing fibre reinforcement a length of appox 1 Mtrs @ 0.75 kg/Sqm on flat surface and ensure that there is no bubbles of creases, overlapping of the fibre is minimum of 50 mm and allow this coat dry for a period of 2-6 hours depending on atmospheric condition. (c) Apply second coat of water proofing coat @ 0.75 Kg/Sqm. (d) Apply final coat of primer @ 0.08 kg/Sqm after seconf coat dried properly. (Note : Water proofing treatment work shall be carried out by applicator of manufacturer only duly approved by GE in writiing.

Supply and fixing of PVC water storage tank of capacity 1000 Ltr HDPE multilayered (ISI Marked embosed) , cylindrical type fixed and hoisted in position on roof at any height complete with inlet / outlet of 20 mm GI pipe connection including locking arrangement, including proviiding and fixing ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe 20 mm dia and (minimum weight 20mm - 210 grms) complete all as directed including removing unserviceable tank from work site complete all as specified.

Disconnecting existing water tanks and setting aside exceeding 500 ltrs and n.exc 1000 ltrs and refiixng in the same position after necessary repair works complete all as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, any description etc.including removing of rubbished material from work site complete all as specified.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick in two coats 10mm thick in CM 1:4 and 5mm thick in CM 1:4 on second coat on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, using water liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml per bag of cement or as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified top surfaces finished fair and even complete all as specified. (Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

Material and labour for rendering 5mm thick on concrete surfaces in ceiling on old surfaces in cement and sand mortar 1:3 finished even and fair complete all as specified

Material and labour for preparation of old painted wooden /wood based materials surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and painting one coat with synthetic enamel paint (1st quality) including cleaning, stopping and rubbing down and removing all dropings etc. all as directed.

Suppy and fixed in repairs of powder coated aluminium anodised window frame sliding type 3 (three) tracks, (one gauged and two glazed ) (aluminium sections for frame weighing not less than 1.67kg/mtr) and shutter frame aluminium section weighing not less than 0.55kg/mtr) 1 (one) gauge and 2(two) glazed shutter including necessary jointing cleats glazing clips, rubber gasket aluminium anodised snap beading, screws, hold fast, locking arrangements, handle and 5.5mm thick tinted glass fixed in panels and stainless steel gauge mosquito proof wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm complete all as directed.

Suppy and fixed powder coated aluminium anodised deco grill of mesh size 65 mm x 65 mm with guard bar of not less than 6 mm dia fixed to flat aluminium windows with and including woolen rods straining bolts and making surfaces of wall good complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixed stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for glazed ceramic coloured / digital printed of size 450 x 300 mm x 7 mm thick ) as in vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado / riser to steps etc conforming to IS - 13712 grade IB-III set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and including cement screed bed / backing layer of 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Backing coat shall not be measured and paid separately).

Material and labour for 8 to 9 mm thick vitrified ceramic (square/rectangular) dark shade coloured polished tiles, (1st quality) area of each tiles not exc 0.36 sqm as in floor etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement and pigment to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed / bedding layer in CM M 1:6 complete all as specifie Note : screed bed shall not be measured and paid separately).

Material and labour for machine cut Kota stone slab as in flooring , steps of stair case , 18-20 mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete over and including 20 mm thick plaster as screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified.( Note Screed bed shall not be measured and paid separately).

Taking down chowkats with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame) n exc 1.5 sqm each etc including removing material from work site complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6), type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) as in plinth protection; pathway / hardstanding etc laid in bays / panels not exc. 2.00 Sqm each including construction joints at suitable interval and each corner and filled with bituminous mastic filling (1 part bitumen & 3 part sand) and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified. Note :- Joints shall be 12mm wide to full depth of PCC shall be provided at every 2 mtr interval and at every change of direction and shall be filled with mixture of bitumen and sand in ration (1:3) by weight. INTERNAL / EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION Taking down carefully aluminium conductor point wiring (light,fan,socket or power) complete including fittings such as switches,ceiling roses, pendants, regulators ,sockets etc. and removing (except those to be reused shall be kept in safe custody at the site ) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc.to match with the existing complete all as specified.

Material & Labour for consealed type point wiring with 1.50 Sqmm (nominal cross sectional area) PVC insulated (FRLS) unsheathed single core multi stranded copper conductor cable of working voltage 1100 volts grade conforming to IS-694 Pt I & II of 2000 drawn through and including PVC conduit of adequate size having a wall thickness not less than 1.5 mm with all accessories (including cutting chases & making good the disturbed surface to its original specification), including provision of 1.5 Sqmm (nominal cross sectional area) PVC insulated (FRLS) unsheathed single core multi stranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor, connected to main switch / DBs or common earth dolly for one light / fan point / exhaust fan/ bell point controlled by one 5 Amps one way switch complete all as specified and as directed . Note: Red coloured cable shall be used for live connection, black coloured cable shall be used for neutral connection and green coloured cable shall be used for earthing. Separate cable for earthing and neutral to be used for each individual circuit from the distribution board.

Material and labour for Earthing complete with galvanised mild steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6.0mm thick, burried directly in ground to a depth not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level surrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm all around the plate, using GI wire 4mm dia as earth strip electrode bolted or rivetted to earth plate at one end and connected to equipments at another end, GI earth wire encased in and including 20 mm dia GI 'light grade' pipe from upper end of earth plate upto equipments,20 dia bore GI pipe 'light grade' as water pipe from earth chamber to upper edge of earth plate, Test point , GI funnel with wire mesh fixed on water pipe and PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in pit chamber and RCC pit cover 50mm thick precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1, duly reinforced with MS round bars 6mm dia @ 100 c/c both ways with 10mm dia MS round bar as in lifting handles, excavation, earth work including laying the GI pipe concealed in floor/wall all as described in electric plate of SSR Part I complete all as specified and directed and testing on completion. Material and labour for laying old size bricks, fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan , laid flat with width equal to length of brick , laid dry over electric cable for protection all as specified.

Supplying and fixing Galvanised mild steel pipe /tubing, light grade complete with all fittings of 40 mm bore dia, laid in trenches / under roads, fixed to poles/ walls with Mild steel clamps , bolts , nuts and washers complete all as specified and directed.
