Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead. Dismantling of existing steel frame of greenhouse

Modification of structure 2mm thick, GI HS section, for vertical members, roof truss, horizontal runners etc, including cutting, bended in required shape, complete as per requirement, MR 25X50 MM

Modification of structure 2mm thick, GI HS section, for vertical members, roof truss, horizontal runners etc, including cutting, bended in required shape, complete as per requirement, MR32X32 MM

Painting with Enamel paint (aluminum) on existing metal fans, fan cabinets and fan protecting, structures as required

S/F of poly carbonate sheets 6 MM Multiwall Polycarbonate sheets reputed having coated with anti-ultraviolet rays protection thickness using silicon sealant and aluminum strips/ beading to make it air tight (MR)

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of cell deck cooling media 100mm thick, fitted in coextruded aluminum frame for bottom sides and top, 10mx 1.65m

Installation of fogging system for mist chamber size (23x10 meters) 4 rows over each bed at 2.5m spacing with PVC pipelines, 4 way fogging nozzles (make, Netafim, Jain, Automat) disc filter, pump 1.5HP (make, Crompton/ CRI/ Kirloskar)

Supply & installation of UPVC pipeline (20-40mm) of heavy duty standard make for recirculation of water on cool cell deck filter app. Area 16.5 sqm

Electrical Work. Electrical cabling and fitting using appropriate gauge cable (having copper wire) High quality MCBs, electrical fitting to avoid any damage due to short circuit. Good quality ISI marked copper wires, Switches, MCBs, connectors. Wiring in PVC pipe complete set with A grade work. All electrical fitting must have rating and standard make.

Net screen: 50 / 75% shading net rolling system with gear manually operated

12mm plaster of mix 1:4

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm
