Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, for all lift, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m in all kind of soil (as per DSR 2.8.1)

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement :4 coarse sand :8 graded Stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) including supply of all materials, labour T & P etc required for proper completion of the work and curing complete also including cost of formwork in foundation & floors.(As per DSR 4.1.8)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete (As per DSR 5.9.1)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) (As per DSR 5.1.3)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.Mild steel and Medium Tensile steel bars. (as per D.S.R. 5.22.1)

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay, non modular, bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level. (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) (As per DSR 6.13.2)

Brick work with common burnt clay, non modular, bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) (As per DSR 6.4.2)

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing:1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) (As per DSR 4.2.3)

12 mm thik plaster with 1:6(1cement :6 Coarse sand )2.25 F.M. over brick work minimum thickness not to be less than 1 cm .including supply of all material labour and T&P etc.required for proper completion of the work.Add for extra labour &materials for plaster over rough face of one brick wall .inner wall(As per DSR 13.4.2)

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete(As per DSR 13.80)
